I’ve purchased 2 new firearms here recently (semi auto shotgun and handgun). I wasn’t expecting much when I first came but this place has a great inventory of not just used guns but new guns as well. Got a brand new Ruger sr22. Then I put a used semi auto shotgun on layaway and when I went back to pay it off they had gotten a new shipment of guns and I ended up buying one of the newer semi auto shotguns that had just come in. With places like academy not having much of an inventory for a while now, this place is a nice surprise. A lot of new guns. Layaway is a great benefit too. Friendly staff. Definitely will come back on occasion to see what new guns they have.

Giving 4 stars due to hickups in the transaction process, but overall this is a great place for firearm business. I was able to trade a quality pistol for a quality rifle. These people will work with you. Customer service was excellent, all staff friendly.

Came in the store with 5 minutes til close. Was greeted and told no rush to take my time. Very friendly staff. Very helpful. Gentleman who is the manager was very kind and gave me a great deal on my purchase. I will definitely be a returning customer!

It'd be a nice establishment finesse. if they hired people that know merchandise the business would go outta business. None of the people there have logic rejected $200 pair Jordan's but overpaid $25 for walmart And1 shoes.

If your house is burglarized you might find your items here like I did but don't expect any assistance from the Manager to get them back, even if you have all the documentation and police reports with serial numbers. He is not interested at all in helping the victims.

Never had a problem with this shop even before I started working for them . The only posters either above or below that claim rude service are the customers who either lost something in pawn or layaway that was passed due (posted here about bad customer service to ‘win’ their feelings) . I always got great service with them and if you’re mad about something else like how much you were offered, why don’t you research yourself how much you item is actually worth in the USED market , not brand new.

If I could give more stars i would. The staff and store manager have helped me out tremendously. I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

I'm only rating this 4 stars for when the manager Dean is there. if its only the horrible employees, there may be a couple okay..., then definetely rated at 1 star or less if I could!! I just go in and turn right back around if he isn't there. they low ball you so badly and have no knowledge of anything that you take in. they either don't look the product up, and say $20 for $400 brand new merchandise, or they look it up and find the wrong thing and price it off that.

I'm going to the pawn shop for over 3 years now and I seem to always get different rules and regulations from different people. On August 19th 2016 I called and ask about the time that they closed and was told 7:30 as always upon arriving and getting off the bus at 7:11 they already had doors locked and we're closing. before new management took over both this one and Ritteman location use to send text alerts reminding us that our items were closer to do date they no longer do that anymore. They know that in people skills YouTube The Changing of a lot of their employees before they cared about there customers that day in age is long gone.
