Maria C. Moreno was so kind and very attentive with the service she provided. I cannot thank her enough for all the time and effort she gave. She is truly dedicated to her job and makes sure to handle customers with care.

I went in to open a youth checking account for my son. Him being a teenager and now going into managing money, had a great experience with a great banker. Lupita was so sweet, helpful, knowledgeable and assisted him right away. Steph anie was at the front desk she was so welcoming and had Lupita immediately assist us. We were referred by Ruby in the drive thru. All ladies were so great and I’m so glad my son got to have his first introduction into banking with such great ladies. Tammy also walked by and was so sweet greeted us with a smile. My son loved visiting this branch. It was our first time ever coming to this branch that was closer to us today, glad we dropped in. Hwy 90 Branch - Maryse Germain Went in to have changes made on my accounts. Maryse was able to help me with impeccable service. She had other members come in asking for her, she excused herself and went to advise them that she would be detained helping me and advised other coworker of their situation so that they could be taken care of properly, which she could have kept them waiting, but took their time into consideration. I have been extremely happy with SSFCU and always refer people with banking problems to SSFCU. With such great work ethics that Maryse Germain demonstrated I will continue to bank and refer people without any hesitation.

Bhramasini Patel was extremely helpful . I had to close all of my accts and open new accts due to fraudulent activity on my accts . A real nightmare ! She was patient and helpful walking me through the process.

When it came to having a horrible morning of my wife's card being stolen Maryse G was excellent help. She was very informative and gave us all the steps we needed to accomplish other than just her card. She was very empathic to my wife as well and helped clarify any questions we had. I am very pleased to say that for the first time as a customer at Security service Bank I am very satisfied customer. From the minute I arrived I was greeted by a employee and right away. The wait was not long. The gentleman by the name of Salbestian Hernandez. Who helped me set up my checking account was very nice, helpful . Susan Rodriguez, member services of Security services was patient, professional and easy to understand. She made a fairly complex situation as smooth as silk. Our family has banked at the Hwy 90 branch in San Antonio TX for almost 50 years. Never in all those years have we received the quality of excellent service that we received this past month. We visited the branch in early January 2022 to make an appointment to settle various account matters. The customer service representative who helped us was Ms. Lupita Alva. From the beginning she was very helpful and her knowledge of the available services helped us to develop a strategy to address all our needs and concerns. The task was time-consuming and required support from different departments but we were never rushed or made to feel that we were taking too much time. She took the time to explain every step that would be involved in the processes and before long, all matters were resolved. We feel blessed to have worked with her and are happy to see that the name SSFCU is still synonymous with quality and excellence.

I went to apply for a loan at SSFCU Branch located on Hwy 90 West. I was greeted by a Loan Officer by the name of Stephanie. The process was extremely fast due to the knowledge and expertise of Stephanie. She answered my questions which I applaud Stephane for her technical knowledge and the level of her experience. A true professional and very dedicated to her work. Stephanie’s work ethic’s are astonishing. SSFCU should be honored to have a Loan Officer like her. If possible, please have her Manager congratulate her during the next Staff meeting. It was a honorable to work with Stephanie.

Came into branch hwy 90 for business inquiries. Conducted business with Lupita A. and she exceeded my expectations. She knew her business, answered all questions, informed me of many helpful avenues ssfcu offers. She is awesome. Please give this girl a raise, many if gift cards and time off with pay when needed and an awesome vacation. Keep this awesome employee.

The employee was patient with my brother and I (we both were new) when we did some counseling. She understood that we were not fully informed of what to do, and was happy to answer any questions about banking and types of accounts (we are dumb I'M SORRY). She made attempts to connect at a more personal level and it was appreciated since we felt less awkward and more comfortable with asking all our questions. They even had a new policy where they show us how to use those banking ticket thingies that you take up to the front desk for deposits and withdrawals. I have GAD so it felt really assuring when she casually showed me around, informed me how things worked, and who to talk with about specific inquiries. It was nice and made me more confident in my next visit when I used the coin machine.

My first time walking into Security Services Credit Union.... I needed help with my app and account number. The customer service I received was worth more than my savings. Edna not only helped me out with my app but gave me lots of usable information about all the services they offer. She didn't try to force nothing on me... just the things I was interested in.
