In 51 years we have bought three homes and the fourth home was our retirement home. They explored all grants and assistance money available and the different types of loans we chould use. We applied to three other companies and their responses were not timely or efficient. Ryan was able to close on time with us even after an issue arose 48 hours before closing. His Team makes sure you are comfortable with the numbers before proceeding. If you aren’t, they will rework them. Ryan and his Team make sure you understand every Step of the process instead of just throwing papers at you to sign. I worked only with Ryan. Responsiveness and professional affect we're lacking. When speaking about other individuals involved in the sale, Ryan inappropriately made comments. When we decided to go with a realtor other than the one he recommended, he seemed unhappy with this and it followed us throughout the transaction. I will note that our realtor was also unsatisfactory. I believe that if he was unhappy with something she did, a professional would not indicate his personal opinion or make inappropriate comments. Appraisal report took very long to get back, when I finally got ahold of Ryan to address this, he said that the report isn't important to the timeline, HOWEVER I did need to know whether or not we had to be prepared to pay an appraisal gap at the last minute. Seller and selling agent reported they were unhappy with the transaction and communication from Ryan which could have lost us the house. Ryan did call to apologize but it consisted of excuses and only increased my frustration. He claims he responded to all call and emails but only several days later did he do that, and then he responded word for word in his responding email , "I see a missed call from you only 3 minutes before I responded to this". Finally, the transaction was complete, we closed on time and nothing fell through although we will not be using this company again after having a very frustrating first time home-buying experience.

Our lender, Carol Core, was extremely helpful and caring. We felt like we were in great hands handling the first, and one of the biggest, decisions of our life! Carol told us to call at anytime, no matter the day if we ever had any questions. True to her word, she ALWAYS answered and made herself available to us. After everything was signed and done, Carol still told us that she would always be a resource to us! Her personality and attention to us was incredible. 100/10 would recommend!!
