Security Bank of Kansas City Sw Main St, Lee's Summit

This is what a banking experience should be like. They call you by name and genuinely care about you and always make you feel welcome. I thought this type of service at a bank was a thing of the past but it’s not. I only regret I didn’t move my banking here sooner.

Branch manager, Ms Wheat, went above and beyond for a customer. I wasn't the customer, and I called from another state to ask her to assist with printing a legal document, getting the client's signature notarizing, then Overnighting the document back to me. If she does all this for a non-client who isn't even in-state, just imagine what she and her team will do for you!

This bank is great! Everyone inside is always super nice and the drive through girls are just amazing! My favorite bank by far!!!!! A+.

Banked with Bank of Lee's Summit since I was 15. Have never had any problems with customer service. Recently had fraudulent activity on my account, although the Red Bridge location was absolutely no help, the Lee's Summit location look time to look into it and found out I was not only owed what I saw but double the amount. Incredible customer service that seems to get better over the years. I won't be changing banks any time soon as long as the Lee's Summit locations stay open.

I frequent the downtown branch and everyone is so pleasant to work with, they are so nice!

This bank has been my go to bank since a young teenager. They are friendly, kind, and willing to help resolve any issues that arise. Wonderful long term staff!

I come to this bank every Friday and am always welcomed with a smile. I really appreciate the helpful staff and all the hard work they do to make finances easier for me. When it came to finding a bank close to home there was really one option for me! Worst customer service ever! Unfriendly and rude. Just moved here from Oregon and visited the bank on SW Main St with my 74 yr old mother. My parents have banked there for approx 50 yrs. I grew up in Lee's Summit and remember going to the bank with my parents as a child. My husband died of cancer in January 2015 and my youngest son was killed in an auto accident in June 2015. I've moved back home, started a new job and needed to open a local checking acct. Upon entering the bank know one said hello or how could they help. We had to "find" someone to help us. A blk woman at a free standing desk finally asked us what we wanted. She was rude, short and acted put out that we interrupted her day. I was considering an account there but after the horrible and rude customer service I have decided to go elsewhere.
