Definitely find another title company. Was denied a ACH wire transfer and have waited over two weeks for the funds to be returned. Still have not received MY MONEY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Terrible company! First of all, they sent my elderly mother closing papers to sign without first sending them to her realtor for review. Then, they closed on her property on a Thursday, yet she didn’t receive the funds until 5 days later; Tuesday morning! No good excuses, just simply dropped the ball. Amazing how when it came to the closing papers they were Johnny on the spot, but took their sweet time transferring the money and finally did so ONLY after multiple calls and a final threat of locking the property up until funds were received! Will NEVER do business with this company again!!!

I have been an agent for only 2.5 years, and not being as seasoned as an agent, it is such a relief to have such an amazing title agency and an escrow officer that I trust whole heatedly. Sher and Shelly put their hearts and souls into every deal i send their way, they work diligently to get all items done, ordered, closed on time, and they waste no time getting us agents paid quickly, as they know some deals are 30+ days so when that commission check comes we are very grateful, as that is our sole income. If i ever have any questions or need any type of help on a deal, they are right there to help me! They are responsive to all of my emails and phone calls. Again, I truly am so thankful to have a title company like this that i trust! Thank-you Sher, Shelly, and all of the Sierra Settlement staff! You guys are rock-stars!

Explained my challenge with the check they wrote me and they did not want to assist in finding a solution. Was on the phone for close to 30 minutes holding for individual that handled the transaction. Michelle assisted was able to find a solution of returning the check, pay a $25 fee and have a new one typed up with my name only on it. Rude and condescending.
