Secured Income Group 17th St, Tustin

Update July 2022. After having been with them since 2018, I received a letter today and a check for "cancellation" due to dynamics of private lending. While I fully understand their right to pay me out at any time what I have issue with is they gave NO advance notice-just a check by delivery service. It would have been courteous to give some notice so one could plan where to re-invest several hundred thousand $$$. In my situation, had that check come one day later, there would have been no one to receive it until Sept 9 as we all will be out of the country. How much effort would it have taken for an email or phone call as a heads up?? If they open up to accepting new money again, I may go back, but for now had to take the review down a couple of notches-this latest was a failure on their part for customer service. I have been with Secured Income Group a little over a year and highly recommend them as an investment. My initial contact with Stacy was professional and she answered the many due diligence questions I had. The new website access is easy and clear and investment returns have been on time as promised. Can't beat the returns and their track record is solid. Will be investing more $ in 2019.

I love working with SIG as they have been super professional and transparent at all time. The team handled every issue that came their way in a promptly manner and always followed up so that they address any of their customer's concerns which is priceless for me. I have a 3 year investment account with Secured Income Group and have found them to be top-notch in customer service. Stacy is exemplary in her desire to be sure things run smoothly. I added a substantial sum to my current investment, after one year, but two weeks after clearing my Bank, the addition hadn't been posted. I contacted Stacy and she immediately investigated, find some training had been going on and my funds were credited back to 3 days after initially clearing my Bank. I've been investing with S.I.G. for little over a year. Stacey Porter has been my main contact and she is very responsive & helpful to all my investment concerns. Their team is extremely professional in responding to all my needs. I received my dividends distribution quarterly always on time. Neither withdrawing or reinvesting my principal is never a problem at all. In my opinion, their rate of returns for short term is one of the best compared to other investment institution.
