He helped guide us in preparing to get the best rate possible and then shepherded us smoothly all the way to our closing date. A week before closing my wife ended up gaining access to a well below market rate through her work; one that we couldn't in good conscious pass up. We felt terrible, but Sean handled it as a consummate professional. He helped us evaluate the other loan docs to make sure it was a legitimate offering and then even helped us move our appraisal over; so we didn't have to pay for or wait for another one. He's a genuinely first class person and the first person we will call the next time we're looking for a mortgage.
