I have been working with Jimmy at the Rocky Mount office for the last couple weeks trying to get a better home and auto rate. Jimmy is very professional in the insurance world. I feel I can go in and talk to him about any questions that may arise about my coverage instead of dealing with an 800 number. I would highly recommend this insurance company to my family and friends. Also Elizabeth was very efficient and courteous at the front desk.
