They don't stand by their words. I bought a van from them. A light came on within a few days of driving it. They said it was probably the gas cap. It wasn't. 3 gas caps later I found out it was the evap. To fix that I was told I had to buy a whole gas tank. They said they would buy the van back if I put better tires on it. I did and they wouldn't give me the time of day. They are super nice when you first go up there, the one guy is very provocative.

I purchased a car there 2 years ago. I am very satisfied with my vehicle and level of friendliness & professionalism I always receive from the staff. They made buying a car from them very easy. And they are very understanding of life situations that may come up.

I've purchased now 3 vehicles from here; two are paid off and in great condition as I've pampered my rides as they should be! It has improved my credit as well with my payment history which is undeniably necessary for most future opportunities.

Just this past Sunday, my husband and I went out to OK Loans to look around. We didn't have a hefty down payment but wanted a decent car as anyone would. We spent about an hour and a half with an associate named Abraham. We looked at a few cars and chose a vehicle that suited our needs/budget. We agreed upon a down payment of $800.00. We filled out an application, gave employer information and was pre approved pending the fact that we turn in check stubs and proof on income. So at this point, we just needed to bring in our paystubs, sign and drive. When I tell you this guy talked a good game, I am not exaggerating. He even tried to pitch a side job, saying if we referred jobs to him such as concrete work and masonary for his stepdad he would give us a cut of the money if we charge them a lil more. The next day, we went back to OK Loans to finalize everything(we stay 45 minutes away).We were taken through the ringer about some credit screening that incidentally "just started" the day we came back with the down payment and our information. After spending about 45 minutes completing a screening, we were told that we would have to put more money down, despite the verbal agreement we previously had. After being told that we pretty much were not going to get what we agreed on we left. Piss poor service is what we received......

I had an awesome experience here at ok loans sales rep Abraham help me out. He is an awesome sales person i recommend everyone to shop at ok loans. Ask for Abraham

very unprofessional atmosphere. older guy didn't even greet us outside while we looked at the cars. we had to go inside just to talk. he didn't shake our hand , stand up introduce himself or anything. had a vape pen dead in the center of his desk. said he needed a minimum of 1,000 when i know someone who only put 500 down. Also wouldn't help because i was too far away slammed my ID down. very disgusted. very unprofessional & I do not recommend!!!

Stop!!!!! Don’t purchase anything from this company. Customer service is horrible. Vehicles are overpriced. I did not have a pleasant experience when paying off my son’s vehicle. His car was totaled and the manager put in his records that the car was repossessed. Go elsewhere. Don’t waste your time with this company.

These guys know what they're talking about. I didn't have much to spend, but they took the time to help me find the right vehicle that was within my budget. I would recommend these guys to anyone! Can't go wrong. They had a large selection of vehicles to choose from.

They are the BEST TO DO BUSINESS WITH! MY Goddaughter git a vehicle from them Today! Excellent Customer Service! ABOVE ALL HONEST! That's hard to come by.
