Employees make it impossible to get anything accomplished and make up new rules every visit. Everyone about this bank is a problem now that they have lost the only good teller. Do yourself a favor and withdraw your money and take your business someplace else because they don't care and are not willing to help!

I never leave bad reviews for any place, I usually try to understand that businesses do have their off days. But, on April 6th my card was scanned and used, when I noticed my bank was closed but I called the next day and was told they would cancel the card and send me a new one asap. Its now the 23rd and nothing has been done. I went in this morning to deposit money as well as follow up with the card situation. The woman "helping" me to was totally careless to the situation but I was then informed I would have to sit there, wait and fill out paperwork(I work two jobs, would have come in sooner if I had time). I asked why I wasnt told on the phone two weeks ago and again, carelessly "oh, well you should have been told". Will be looking for a new bank, dont feel comfortable banking with people who don't seem to care about something as serious as fraud.

Extremely courteous staff, have been banking here since they opened. I have my personal and business accounts here have always been greeted happily and they have been a pleasure to work with from tellers to upper Management. I would recommend then to all my friends and family.

I've been banking with first green (now Seacoast) bank for two years now. Bank tellers are usually friendly and helpful, the bank itself is clean inside, I like how they sit out snacks too!

I am very upset with this bank .I had a fraud purchase and they closed my account's debit card. I pay all my bills by this debit card, When I ask them to get me new card I was told to expedite a new card I would have to pay 75.00 to do that or I can wait 2 to 3 weeks for them to send a new one. In the mean time all my bills are coming due. If Fairwinds credit Union can make me a new card at their office .Why can't a full service Bank do the same. I have been a customer at this bank since it was built and was First Green Bank. What happened to home town banking?

WILL NEVER recommend this Bank. They give us five poor excuses on why we were getting charged for a check fee of $40 and each each excuse they had to go back and find another one. When our account had plenty of money in our account to cover a check For the date of Oct. 10/13/2017. Then I asked them for a refund. No refund. So soon as my all my transaction finish clearing. The account will be closed out.

Great bank. Beautiful location. Very nice and helpful staff. But why in the world are you only open for 3 hours on Saturday??? What's the point even?? Either close it for the whole day or stay open till at least 2. I got my paycheck on Saturday after 12, and since you guys are so inconveniently closed on a Saturday, I was forced to put it into the ATM and I'm still waiting to be able to use MY money.

Employees try hard. Management is WAY above the worker class though.. Too bad.. At least they mandate courteousness to the peons. Lost a lot of respect for First Green in the past few days. Best term I can come up with .? "Smarmy" Go elsewhere.. I did..

If i could leave no star's i would. They tried to charge me 54.00 dollers to cash a check drawn off there bank. Stay away.
