Incredible experience. After reviewing multiple companies we elected to go with Sea Vista. Our friends referred us and we could not have had a better experience and advocate. Worst experience ever being a seller to their buyer/client. Their lack of communication caused all parties to wonder what was going on and they allowed the contractual closing date to change 3 times and didn’t supply closing documents until after hours day before, so it came close to 4 times. To make matters worse, they played the blame game blaming all other parties and took no responsibility. Then, to rub more salt in the wound, we are here 2 days after closing with still no funds and no property. They spent the day AFTER closing trying to verify the buyer’s employment.....again, the day after closing! Why? As a seller, never accept a purchase offer with this mortgage broker as the buyer’s lender. Save yourself the grief and potential litigation. As a buyer, you will risk losing your deal and your deposit. In this market climate, sellers do not have to accept this level of incompetence.
