Good bank for checking/saving. Quick service and nice staff. Parking is near a busy section.

I signed up here because I was told that I could transfer high sums of money online. After signing up and moving everything, I learned this wasn't true. I now have to go in branch every month to get a cashier's check and drop it off at another bank. The bank waives the fee, which is appreciated (though expected). Today the rep (Shari?) was not at all happy to work with me. Every month they look at my old cashier's check and redo the new one with the information. I did not enjoy her service whatsoever.

Almost suffered a huge interest charge (35%+) because a teller attempted to charge a payment as cash advance on a DEBIT CARD instead of a normal transaction. I was not informed of this until I get a notification that an unusual transaction was occurring. Not like my experience matters, this Is a bank after all. Who cares about a little guy right?

Great branch and very helpful, cheerful, friendly staff. Brandon was especially great in helping me out.

Cannot reach anyone by phone. Ridiculous!

To all the people who’ve left 1-star reviews, you have no idea what you’re talking about, but it sounds like you’ve got the wrong bank, or just love to complain without taking to a customer service rep first. The guy who left a review saying “still on hold” is a special kind of personality, like writing a review while sitting on hold is gonna make a difference? SHEESH!!! Anyhow, I’ve been an SDCCU member for over 10 years and have always received prompt and courteous service, ALWAYS. If I had a single complaint about this particular branch it’s that they train a lot of staff for other branches and getting stuck at a training teller window can kinda suck if you’re in a rush, but I just wait for a regular teller window to open up if I’m in a rush. The door guard is always so nice, opening the door for every customer, the people at the welcome desk always say hello, and the tellers are always in a good mood. I’ve had cards replaced in like 10 minutes, no waiting for a new card in the mail. They help me split my deposits into separate accounts without having to fill out separate despoil slips for each transaction. They even shred my receipts and check stubs for me after each visit. I had to apply for a car loan and without an appointment I walked out the door with a check in hand working 30-45 minutes. SDCCU is GREAT! This branch is AWESOME!

Fast, friendly and overall amazing customer service, I will definitely recommend SDCCU to my friends and colleagues. Ram was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me set up a new account. Thanks again for your help!!

I have been banking with them for about 15 yrs, overall happy with the bank, and generally recieved good service in this branch.

By far the worst service I have ever gotten in my life. I will not recommend this branch to anybody. Very very unhappy and unsatisfied.
