They really do not care at all about customers. I also think they are a rip off with the $27.00 fees that they add for checking. My checking account went over by $2.00 and they charged a $27.00 fee on to my account, and my check was deposit that late that night. Their so many other banks that are better and that don't charge a fee at all. I only went with this bank because, they was close to home. Just don't waste your time with them and anytime i call to get something done it is just waste as well. I went in the inside and they were rude and made wait while they sit around, laughing and talking.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. When I opened the account I was told 3 % interest. Got an inheritance and after 3 months of jumping through hoops finally got my 3%. Let me tell you, 3% of 10000 is not 8$. And now, I got a secured credit card from scu, and I was told that after 1 yr my card would mature and I would get my deposit back. Well, apparently that not how it works. Tomorrow I will talk to a branch manager and either 1 I will not be banking with this bank anymore or 2, the employee I talked to today deserves to be fired and has no idea what's going on in scott credit union.

Very rude and unwilling to help! They could care less about their customers. Or maybe it was because we were black! The manager did not call back as they said she would. You could tell that they were gossiping about the situation but unwilling to help! Very unworthy of any African American business and not to mention it seems as if you as a person does not matter to them at all! I wish there was a zero star rating! I guess their employees do not think that every customer they have pays them their paycheck maybe they need less customers therefore less employees!

Scott is such a friendly credit union they are very friendly, helpful and efficient.

I would absolutely give this company a zero star rating if that is possible, I have used Scott credit union for over a year and received several loans and a line of credit through them. Mostly things were good except for at the beginning of this month I tried to deposit a check for my rent and credit card payments. Scott credit union automatically put a seven day hold on my check which is now on day 11. They have caused me to be late on my rent by almost 2 weeks causing over $100 in fines that they will not reimburse. Likewise, I have now missed two credit card payments and I’m about to mess an insurance payment due to the incompetence and lack of accountability with this company. I would avoid them and any branch of this company at all costs. I emailed customer service days ago with no response as well as called the store branches and the customer service 800 line with no answer or call back whatsoever. If you make any decisions that will help your future make that decision not using Scott credit union for anything whatsoever. This company has done me extremely wrong, messed up my credit that is now unfixable for the next couple years and ignored me through the process. I hope that everyone that reads this stays far away from this company and reconsiders any choice for loans or line of credit or anything related to that matter and take it to a different company that will treat you with respect and actually let you use your hard earned money instead of putting it on hold for almost 2 weeks and I am yet to receive my money that I already had from another account.

I have been a member of SCU since the beginning. It initially was part of Scot Air Force base, and others that were acquired initially involving Monsanto Credit Union and Metro East Credit Union. The leadership and staff are class acts. Second to none.

I'm generally not super impressed with Scott Credit Union but also had a couple of experiences at this particular location that were less than pleasant so now I drive farther out to another branch and I'm switching to another bank which has more benefits and less hassle.

Many years and many transactions. SCU and this branch in particular have always treated me well. I love SCU!
