SCL Mortgage assisted with the refinance of my home. I am happy to report that my mortgage loan originator Niko Stabekis and his team were amazing to work with during this process. While this was not easy for me, Niko was accessible via phone and text at all hours to ensure that my refinance went through. I started the refinance process twice with other companies prior to working with SCL and the customer service was day and night with how they communicated. I value when some shows empathy during this process, they were patient and treated my refinance as if it were their own. During this process they even extended my rate lock to ensure this went through. Trust SCL with any of your financing needs, I was skeptical when I got the call from them but it was the best decision I made going with SCL.

Worked with Steve Kirk through my refinancing process. Was very communicative and helpful through each step by sending updates and explaining any changes that were made. However it was in my best situation not to proceed with the process as it did not financially make sense at the time. Steve was very understanding and did agree with me as he did truly have my best interests in mind rather than just simply trying to close another refinance.

Quadruple 5 stars. My husband and I worked with Rebecca Soukup and she has been phenomenal. She patiently asked every questions I had. Even questions that I should have already known the answers to. She helped with all issues that arose. She was very very responsive via email & text. The whole process was so easy-easier than dealing with an actual bank. She a dang good asset to SCL Mortgage. If SCL Mortgage is anything like her service, then it's a very good company to do business with. Ask for Rebecca if you can.

I have used SCL to refinance my home twice now. I worked Rebecca on my 1st refinance and she was wonderful to work with, this was my first time refinancing and she was very patient and helpful through out the process. On this 2nd one I was not sure who I would be working with and I got Rebecca again which was excellent. This time me not being so new to process we work like well oiled machine and were able to complete the transaction in about two weeks, both times I worked with Rebecca and SCL I was very satisfied and will you use them again if need be in the future and hopefully with Rebecca. I tell all my friends and who ever ask me to give them a call.

I had a absolutely wonderful time working with Annette Wanamaker at SCL. She was rare in the fact that she really cared about me and wanted the best loan for me. She was very personable and everytime we met a hurdle she did her absolute best to get creative and resolve and defeat the issues.
