Adam showed us close to 20 houses over a 3 day period in a very competitive Rochester, MN market in early April of 2021. Houses were typically lasting only a day on the market and after several declined offers, my wife and I were feeling pessimistic about landing a beautiful home. We started to feel that we would have to settle for a home that we did not love. However, Adam told us to keep our spirits up and he ended up showing us a house in Stewartville that was not on our radar. This ended up being the most perfect house for us that we had seen and Adam quickly wrote up a strong offer for us. When the sellers were hesitant to accept, Adam had some great ideas for strengthening our offer. Within a few hours of making our initial offer, the sellers had accepted! Adam was a great communicator and helped us through every step of the closing process. I cannot say enough good things about Adam. I highly recommend him to anybody looking to buy or sell in southeast Minnesota!
