Great experience! We sold our house in Rochester and moved up to the Twin Cities area. Although we were not in Rochester for the closing, everything went seamlessly, and Rochester Title made the entire process easy for us to do remotely. They offer several convenient options for getting the proceeds of a sale transferred to the seller. I also used them as a buyer about 9 years ago and had a great experience then too. Customer service second to none! I highly recommend them!
