First time home buyer and I would highly recommend Schmidt Mortgage and Bill Bayer. I started working work Bill 5 years ago to buy a home. I had a low credit score and needed to bring it up. Then life happened and I decided to hold off on purchasing a home. Last fall, when life happened again (surprise), I decided it was time to stop renting and reached out to Bill Bayer.
