Cardinal Credit Union in Willoughby has been a wonderful experience over the years. They have taken care of all of my banking needs. Friendly courteous genuine people who not only take care of your banking needs they also take a interest in your day. My favorite bank. I have had this bank for years and always highly satisfied when I leave. They make everything easy and answer all my questions. The staff at this location is amazing! Willoughby and Mentor locations have always treated me with kindness. I will be bringing my son in for his first bank account.

I was able to pay off my car loan early. I went online to get the payoff amount but I had forgotten there was still daily interest to think of. I went to the drive thru in Willoughby and the drive thru teller was able to get the balance I owed and offered a solution being I only had one check already written out. She was able to deduct the amount from my checking account and then explained their process for when the title will be mailed and congratulated me on paying my car off. She made this so stress free for me and I truly appreciate this branch.

I want to thank Cardinal and the great people that work for them. Like many others, covid had affected me financially. As I was checking my account I noticed their PPP program. I made a call and enquired about the program and I can not say enough about Mr. Eric Turner that helped me. He was informative, efficient, and professional. He not only help me secure the loan but also the forgiveness of the loan. I just want to thank Cardinal and Mr. Eric Turner for all their help.

Refinanced to a low rate several years ago. Couldn't be happier. The process was easy and Dan was great to work with. Would recommend Cardinal to anyone!

I had a mortgage refi with Cardinal, they offer great rates, low closing costs and they don't sell the mortgage to other companies. The refinance process was so much easier than when I purchased the home and financed through the realtor recommended mortgage company. The service at Cardinal was also more personal. I sold my home nearly a year ago and the entire process was simple. When I misplaced my tax documents from them I stopped in for a visit. I was immediately able to sit down with someone who provided the docs I needed to complete my taxes and they also told me about additional docs I would need from the title company that I was unaware of. The woman helping me reached out to the title company who in turn email the docs to Cardinal and to me. Cardinal was kind enough to print these papers for me. Even though I no longer live in the area, I will continue to work with this financial institution now and in the future. Once I am ready to buy a home again I will surely check with them first.

This Cardinal branch was my "go to" branch while waiting for the Mayfield Hts branch to open after the long closing of Richmond Hts. Though it was a good distance from my home, it was accessible by highways that are close to my house. I just appreciate the staff. Always courteous and focused on providing great service. Hearing my concerns and acting on them to make me feel valued and appreciated. Thank you CEO, Christine Blake for all you do.

This Cardinal Credit Union branch just rocks. From the tellers to the managers everyone is so pleasant and helpful. They even provide dog treats!!! So they are pet friendly. That is a big plus in my book. Thank you for all you do everyday.

I have had a few fraud alerts, and they were on top of it. It's a pain that they froze my card. But they got things cleared up quickly. I was still able to use my husband's card until I got my new one. Thankful for the fraud dept.!!

Just completed a seminar given by Jennifer Reshetar. Concise to the point and plenty of time to ask questions and get answers. This is the second one I attended and it will not be the last. Great job Cardinal.
