Customer service is very important to me and Basel is the definition of what great customer service should be like. His a great asset for the credit union.

Basel Zedan was very professional and went over and beyond his call of duty to rectify my situation. My attorneys office was not returning his calls, but he was persistent and professional and resolved my situation which resulted in a $600 credit back to my account. SCE FCU is very fortunate to have Basel on their team!

I had a personal issue and was very upset about something I had done with my account. I called and explained and was transferred to Basel Zedan. He not only was so professional, he was sympathetic with the issue I had created. He went above and beyond as far as Customer Service goes to resolve my issue. Something he did not need to do! I wish all my customer service issues went so well. Thank you so much Basel!!

Basil is a great example of what Customer Service should be. He has never been rude or disrespectful, but the complete opposite. He is very patient and understanding. His kindness actually makes me want to pay for a car I no longer have...LOL...

I want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Mr. Basel Zedan in the collections department. Basel has gone above and beyond to help a small business owner sleep at night. The work he put in on my behalf has been top-notch! Even while he was away (as in with family, his personal time) he was kind enough to shoot a quick email back that he would take a look at my issue first thing that next Monday morning. He didn’t have to do that, he could’ve easily ignored it till Monday, but he didn’t. He understands interpersonal communications at the highest level, because getting that tiny email back, out me at ease. I am a massage therapist that owns my own mobile massage company in Las Vegas, NV, so you can imagine how that bodes over during a pandemic where it’s deemed virtually against the mandates to be rubbing others for a living. With this said I took a HUGE financial hit, deeming me unable to keep up with my normal car payment. He single handedly went to bat for me and reduced it to a fair amount. I am beyond grateful for gentleman like Basel Zedan. He gave hope during a bleak time. I’m forever grateful! He deserves much more than this boasting review, and I sure hope he is seen as a huge asset to the SCE team!! #baselforscepresident lol! Joyfully- Savanna Las Vegas, NV.

Sce is a great credit union with fantastic employees. Basel is a fantastic Resolution specialist who has gone above and beyond with his service and is always a delight speaking with him.

My experience of working with Basel Zedan was exceptional. He’s kind, fair and helpful. He listened to me, as a member and as a person, and suggested ways to rectify issues with my account I very much appreciate it.

Basel Zedan was the collections agent that helped me! Yes, I said helped me when I needed help! I was surprised at how willing this credit union went out of their way to help me as a whole! I was 90 days behind on my "Truck Payment" because of being out of work due to an traffic accident and awaiting on Workers Comp payments. Basel Zedan was able to help me get refinanced and lowered my payments so I could keep my truck. I am looking forward to a long business relationship with credit union!! Thanks, Jeff Holt

Johana Diaz went above and beyond to satisfy an auto loan issue. I was previously working with someone else who was rude, non responsive and just overall unhelpful. Johana called me one day after I felt all was a lost cause with SCEFCU. I was even considering pulling all my accounts from the bank over the treatment and service i recieved. Johana told me she wanted to try to help me and she did just that. She solved my issue beyond my expectations. She was responsive and kept me up to date. I felt confident she was doing what she said she would and not just giving me the run around. Thank you Johana and your wonderful customer service!
