    We bought a car from here yesterday and couldn't be happier. We were treated with respect from when we got there during the process and until we drove away with our new car. GM Greg Lara was very helpful and helped us to get the best price that we received. We were shown in detail the contract and appreciated the time spent in doing that.     This is the first time I have gone to a dealership to buy a car and was out the door in my new car in less than two hours, test drive included. The sales department gave me a great deal and I couldn't be happier. They didn't try to pull any funny business. The finance department actually asked me if I wanted to purchase an extended warranty which I declined with no pressure or backlash. Amazing, because I have had to argue over this many a time with other dealerships on multiple occasions. Everyone was very kind and personable, but not pushy. The only thing they were pushy about was ensuring I got the exact car that I wanted for the right price. And I absolutely did. It was a pleasant car buying experience and I will most definitely be a returning customer in the future.

    I’ve been talking to the manager Jojo for a bit via text. Looking for that right car for my wife. Shot him a text yesterday if he had anything. Within seconds found something I wanted send me the numbers and boom I was there purchasing a vehicle. Jojo is a straight up honest guy. Not very common to see among car sales industry. His integrity is why I purchased a vehicle from El Monte Nissan!

    The service guy was rude. I asked for someone else. Also when I picked my car... the cashier gave my keys to another customer and charged them for my bill. Awful customer service. These people need training on simple and good old fashioned manners. The lady didn't apologize for her mistake.

    Came in for an oil change, and of course came back out with needing several things. Plus they broke my tire screw and tried to blame it on over tightening from the previous dealer when they broke it at this dealership and still try to charge me 450 to fix it. Never again at this dealership

    Full of it, went to get a oil change came home next day car isn’t working I was so patient with them to get in contact with someone to help and waited about an hour and a half and still nothing I had to call back and ask what’s going on and that they were going to get me in contact with the advisor, he picked up and then clicked the phone tried to come in contact and now it’s straight to voicemail. Horrible service and always playing the transferring game, go somewhere else

    Unbelievable made early 7:15 appointment for oil change at auto services, can't believe it took more than 3 hours to get a simple oil change service, done, plus had to wait for car keys for about half hour, for an unwashed car, which I assume was the reason it was taken that long to be turn in. Needless to say four cars went ahead of me when they came after me, what a terrible waste of time for oil change.

    Came to service my 2020 Nissan Versa for a recall. In addition to getting a diagnostic on the check engine light that had come on. I came to this dealer because this is where I purchased my vehicle, despite being far from my house. The check in was a mess. There was no one attending the line. You just had to walk in, while others were sitting in their car waiting for service. This caused customers to be serviced out of order. When I finally got a service advisor to help, He was kind of a snarky. I was asking about the price of the diagnostic. since I was already serving it for a recall issue and an oil change. The service advisor said it would be an additional 180 to check the light. I questioned the price and he gave me some weird analogy about Burger King still charging you for food regardless of the quality. I entertained the weird analogy and let him know that Burger King will actually replace your Burger if there was an error in the production ….Not that i was asking to get my car replaced…..He let me know that he would call me when the car was ready….my appointment was at 9:45…..I called him around 12:30….he let me know that my transmission was out but it was under warranty and that it wouldn’t be available for pick up for 5 days. I asked about a loaner vehicle to which he responded “we don’t have any at the moment”. He then directed me to consumer affairs, who told me the could not help me and this had to be settled with the dealer. I went back to the service center. I asked when the would have a loaner vehicle and they said they don’t offer them and haven’t in 5 months…. They also let me know that if I took my car to another service center they could not say it would’ve en make it there….I called West COVINA NISSAN. They let me know they would hold a loaner car for me. After trying to get my car back from EL Monte Nissan for almost an hour! I took it to West Covina Nissan, where the staff was friendly and proficient. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes, with a loaner Vehicle.

    I bought a new 21 Nissan Leaf 3 weeks ago and the last 3 weeks has been terrible experience. There's Nissan dealership in Duarte which is not far, so consider going there. 1. My apple car play doesn't work. It works sometimes but it's very inconsistent. I went to the service dept, sacrificing my Saturday and they didn't even try looking at my car, BLAMING it on APPLE. What is the point buying a brand new car if I have these fundamental issues? It is still not fixed and they are telling me that I have to wait until Nissan to update there software. I currently have JEEP, Hyundai and both cars have no issues. 2. Since my monthly payment due date is coming soon, I tried to make payments online, and it keeps saying my VIN is not valid. Called the customer service and also listed dealer and they are blaming on each other. I don't know what to do in the middle and my due date is coming in a few days. I buy new cars to avoid stress but their service is adding more stress.

    The parts and service departments were awesome. I had initially gone in to pickup parts I ordered online. As I was leaving my vehicle would not start. Roland was gracious to assist without question. It happen to be towards the closing of the day but he still took the time to help. Irving from the service department without hesitation stepped in to get my vehicle serviced do to a bad battery. Great customer service from individuals is what I look for when it comes to selecting a dealership over others. It speaks volume as it builds confidence and a trusted Nissan dealer.

    My brother recently bought a new car from El Monte Nissan. They are very accomodating and easy to talk with.. Especially Harry who assists and answers all our questions.     They did a good job. Give me information what's wrong with my car and tried to find a resolution for me. Thank you Pavel. The only thing what I complain is the waiting time. 2 hours for alignment is a little long. One time I was at an independent automechanic and it took there just half an hour for alignment.

    Me and the wife had a very comfortable and smooth process at this location in El Monte. I am a resident of the city and a second time car buyer. I got the exact car that I wanted, for the price I had desired. The staff is very welcoming, super attentive and looks to make a sale by working with you and your goals. I can see why they were able to make a sale with me. They looked out for my best interest, didn’t embellish, it felt really nice. I was especially pleased with a young lady by the name of Zaira, very professional, has a good knowledge of the business and is not too pushy. I would recommend going here first.     Well i’m just wanted to let you know that this been going for a couple of years . Started with my usual oil change and tire rotation. At that time I had a 2 brand new tires at the front. I noticed that the 2 tires still on the front and I question the salesperson that why I been charged for something that wasn’t done, his response was that because the tires are new needs to be kept on the front and that is why they didn’t rotate the tires. But I was charged & I did not get a refund. Now I don’t think you deserve another chance.

    First I would like to preface my review by stating that, in general the car buying experience is typically frustrating and by no means is this a knock towards my experience at this dealer and the person I worked with. Due to the shortage that is on going, this dealer had the particular car I was looking for. I first contacted them through their website, and the internet sales person Zaira was prompt in her response. I was looking for a Sentra SV for my daughter and I set up an appointment to come in. They were very nice and nothing happened out of the ordinary. Finance took a little too long but it's always been like that everywhere.

    My wife and I bought a car there about 2 weeks ago. Let me tell you about my experiance...I have bought may cars in my life time but never stumbled apon a dealership so unprofessional and unorganized .First of all they have a very obviously inexperienced "internet director" who we were speaking with. She seemed to not really know what she was talking about. Not to mentioned how unprofessional she was dressed with a shirt clearly to small for her showing her navel.Zaira i belive was her name..Now sales manager very rude and not to mentioned a big time liar! Only reason i bough there was because they happen to have the car i was looking for. Would not recommend!!!!!

    came here to find a new car and i was so satisfied by my experience !! usually trying to find a car is a very stressful time but everyone at this dealer made it so much easier. i spoke to someone named zaira on the phone to discuss some cars i viewed online and she was delightful. very professional. When i went in person i recognized her name and she remembered our phone call as well! she helped me along with another salesperson through my whole process of buying my car. thank you nissan el monte for all the hard work!!

    I recently bought my first new car at the dealership and it was a great experience. My salesman Jose definitely made it memorable and he and his manager definitely made me feel like they were working hard to get me into a car I could afford and love very much so far. It felt like I was being helped by genuine people and not just someone who wanted to make money off me. Jose was also very helpful and answered all my questions about the car and operating the smart key.

    I worked with Jose Lopez and he is responsive, personable, reasonable and ensures that you are satisfied. No dealership matched his willingness to both make a deal and make sure that you are happy. Our first choice vehicle had an issue that needed a repair prior to taking delivery and Jose offered to drive it 80 miles to save us the inconvenience of pick up after repair, and when we felt uneasy about the repair timeline, the dealership and Jose were quick to respond and get us an alternate vehicle...no hassle.

    Not again!!! Started off the 2022 new year with 2 transmission failures, one on my Nissan Xterra and one on my Nissan Juke. Both which have mileage under 150,000 miles. They quoted me $7,000.00 just to fix the Juke and wanted to charge me for unnecessary repairs. This totally changed my opinion of Nissan and we most likely won’t be a Nissan Family any longer.

    We've purchased 2 vehicles here in the past but yesterday was a different experience. Everybody @ ROSS Nissan are very very nice !!! They helped us out a lot - no matter what your financial & credit situation are. They are all very professional, kind & happy people. I know that they get very busy on weekends so just work with them & bring extra patience. We were lucky to come on a Thursday & got everybody's attention.     This place has gone down hill. Used to be nice and easy to get your car serviced just a few months ago but now apparently they got a new owner and jacked up the prices. Rip off for oil change. Not only that wait times are double than before and you wait longer than they tell you. They also said they got a new system which created a huge mess, they claimed i only been there twice but it was definitely much more, and the system had my name spelled incorrectly even though it was spelled correctly before, what a mess. Whoever the new owner is going to have this service location lose a lot of business. I have come here many times in the past and never even got a discount for loyal customer. This will be my last visit.

    Overall, very happy with Harry. I hate car buying period, and was already at my 7th dealership when I had to deal with Harry. He was honestly only one that actually negotiated on price as every other brand of dealership including Nissan refused to budge from their 5k dollar mark up. When I need a 2nd, much less expe size means of transportation, I may come back and see Harry.

    I took my 2017 Altima in because the air conditioning was not working anymore. The technicians were able to diagnose it within the day and the service writer was very helpful/communicative. While I had my vehicle there I asked if I could have my transmission serviced as well and they were able to fix my AC, service the transmission and have my car back to me within a few days. Although I did not have a vehicle it was excepted was the part was not in stock and the representatives took the time to communicate everything with me.

    I went shopping for my new used car here and was happy to find the one for my little family. It hasn't even been a month since that sale, before needing to take it in for a check engine light and some things that weren't working when I bought the car. I scheduled an early Saturday morning appt where I waited in a long line patiently, and was then told that I would need to leave my car until Tuesday which as I'm sure is an inconvenience if you had no idea. So I went ahead and rescheduled my appointment for Tuesday morning. Dropped my car off Monday evening so that it would be the first to be looked at on Tuesday like the guy had told me. I was also told Monday night that I would receive a call Early the next day before anyone started working on my car so that they could go over if it was going to be covered since I bought my car less than a month ago. 10:00 a.m. comes around maybe it was even 11:00 but I gave them a call I hadn't heard from anyone. They told me the person who was supposed to call me was off and that someone else would call me after my car was looked at. I tried explaining my concerns about not having to pay ANYTHING out of pocket. But they insisted someone would call me too let me know what was going on. 5:00 p.m. rolls around and I give them another call where I'm greeted with the same response someone will give you a call someone will give you a call someone will give you a call. All I kept asking was what's wrong with my car?! No one had an answer for me. Then I spoke with a lady whose name was pink like the color, and she went on to tell me that parts were ordered and that it would take a couple of days.. well what the f*** is wrong with my car to need parts?! She went on to tell me that the person who was originally supposed to give me a call was going to give me a call the following day. I told her I didn't want him calling me I want a call from an actual supervisor. So basically my car had been sitting there a whole day for nothing! I guess they treat you better when you're a prospect before you even buy the car because after you buy the car they could care less about your concerns or your thoughts.. I called a couple of times yesterday and a couple of times I asked and requested to speak to a supervisor or manager and I just think it's funny how there wasn't one available for me to talk to you about my concerns. I wish I just want to know what's going on with my car and I'm hoping that today I get some f****** answers!

    05/14: I changed to four stars due to my last few service visits the team was very helpful. Last week Gene, was very helpful and respectful. He resolved my issues I previously had and went out of his way to accommodate my schedule. This is the first service visit where I felt that I was being sold a package instead of what was needed or recommended for my car. I came in with the expectation of paying no more than $300 for services based on what was shown online when scheduling my appointment. To my surprise the amount I was quoted came to almost $500. Due to the cost difference I was forced to select only half of the services for the visit and schedule the remaining services for another visit. I say forced because all of the services quoted were stated as being recommended. I am saying that I felt as though I was being sold something because I scheduled an appointment online and selected the services I wanted when I arrived for my appointment my adviser asked what I came in for. In my mind the team should know exactly why I scheduled the appointment since I selected it when making the appointment. I also felt like I was being sold something because of the cost difference. In my opinion the prices being quoted online should match what is quoted when you arrive for your appointment. My last disappointment is that my car was only half washed. It was like the team forgot to wash all of the drivers side from the trunk, roof, and hood. When I walked to the car it looked nice and clean but when I got closer I noticed that it was not cleaned completely.

    It was refreshing to see the level of care and honesty presented by Irving, service advisor, and the technician that worked on my vehicle. They understood my concerns and I felt that their assessment helped me make the right decision. During these uncertain times when all businesses are suffering it is inspiring to see that Ross Nissan of El Monte had people that take care of the customers by being honest and upfront and making me feel like they really cared about me as a customers.
