She was on vacation when I called her, but she directed me to apply online, and messaged me with a direct link, saying she'd work on my application the next morning, from her vacation. She got me approved very quickly, and after I found a house, she and Christine sent text messages, and emails letting me know where we were in the process, and what the next steps would be. Not only did she secure our mortgage well within the time frame we needed, and at a very competitive interest rate, but Sarah spearheaded much of the whole house purchase process, working closely with our Realtor; the Title Company; and Escrow. She was always available to answer questions, even on weekends, and she and the rest of her group kept us updated at all times with almost daily progress reports.
