Sapaugh Cadillac Mcnutt St, Herculaneum

I dropped my car off to have my check engine light checked at 7am and by 5:30pm they called to tell me what the issue was and that they needed to order the part. I suppose part of this is my fault for telling them I needed my car back before the end of day. Clearly I should have said as soon as possible. Now I have to schedule another appointment to drop it off again. I understand they are busy, but why did it take them 9 hours to look at it? **Update** I was called by the Executive General Manager shortly after my score. I received assurance the service department was spoken to about this and that they were reminded that vehicles with appointments should be seen as close to their appointment time as possible. I will add another star to my review because I do appreciate them reaching out to me. My suggestion is to tell them you need your car as soon as possible vs saying end of day.

We loved Sapaugh in Festus. We had a very good finance guy that worked with us, his name was Jeff. We also were very pleased with our sales person Angie, she worked really hard to help us find exactly what we wanted!! 2017 GMC Sierra.

Last month was our 4th shopping experience at SAPAUGH !! We have never been disappointed. We will not buy a car anywhere else. Our salesman Kevin was outstanding. He was patient, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable , and professional. He was not pushy. He took his time to explain all of the features. We took two cars on test drives before deciding on the Cadillac XT6. We love our new SUV. The GM Mr. Joe Clemens even allowed time to chat with us. As usual everything was fine. The service desk and, in particular, the woman who was the person who gave information to the people waiting for their cars WAS SUPERB. Her friendliness, concern and attention to detail was outstanding. I'm sorry I don't remember her name. However, as an Ambassador of Good Will she is Excellent!!!!!!!. My only concern with the service is that in over twelve years of being a Sapaugh customer is that they always returned the car clean, when the work was through. In my last two visits this has been overlooked. If their maintenance policy towards washing and vacuuming cars before return has changed, I apologize for making light if it. It is really insignificant. Their service compared to the other Cadillac Dealer in the St. Louis area is beyond reproach.
