Getting a refinance on your home loan is really frustrating as anyone who has ever received a refi will tell you. I must say that even when I got crazy Colleen Belt, our Loan Representative at Santiago Financial maintained her professionalism. She was excellent in her communication with us. She explained the entire process to us and responded promptly to any questions we had. She pretty much held our hands and walked us through. We got an awesome rate and are so pleased with how hard she worked on our behalf. I will definitely recommend Santiago Financial to friends, family or anyone I know seeking assistance with a refinance.

Santiago Financial is one of the mortgage brokers for mobile home financing and they are my go-to source when my buyers needs a loan. Once applied, we get an answer within 48 hours or less. However, I wish they would answer their phones, sometimes you've had to call again and again before you can actually talk to a person. That's why I only gave 4 stars.

My wife, Isabella, and I recently had the positive and effortless experience of working with Cindi Lilly, the office manager of Santiago Financial Services in Tustin, California when we decided to refinance our mobile home in Rosamond, California. I can't give Cindi and her staff enough high marks, she was totally professional in meeting our needs and explaining everything we needed to know, including the papers we had to provide. Santiago was able to cut our interest rate by almost half, thereby lowering our monthly payments significantly. When it became time for escrow, she pointed us to On Track Escrow, whose local office in Palmdale, California was 20 miles away, allowing us to sign and notarize the papers in person, which I prefer to electronic signing. This place has the worst customer service, can’t even get a name for the person answering the phone when you call in. If you need to speak to a loan agent, you will be transferred to a voicemail, but your call will never be returned. The answer I got after multiple attempts was “ I have tasks that require my full attention, yours is not a priority”.

I just closed on a home today with the most AMAZING help from @Tahra kwon at Santiago Financial. She was so kind and patient with me throughout the whole process! There at anytime when I needed her.
