Santander Bank Branch Park Ave, Freehold Township

I went to this branch and had a great experience! Mr. Leighton Harris has been very patient, friendly, helpful and professional. He explained everything very clear as well. Apparently, the management here is way better than the one in Schanck Rd branch.

They need more people working here. After calling ahead and being told to come in to the branch I waited in line a half hour and was then told they were too busy and I’d have to come at another time. Wasted my lunch break for no reason and they were completely unwilling to do anything to accommodate me or help the situation. I have been with Sovereign for 14 years and will never return to this branch.

Misinformation, terrible customer service, poor relationship building. Stay away from this bank.

The bank teller was a salamander.

Saturday August 26th had bad experience with an employee of the bank my elderly mother is a customer for many years. My brother and I and sister in law drove mother to the bank with notary paperwork to sign by a certified notary for power of attorney to manage mother's account. Jaspreet was the site called notary that professionally declined signing paperwork for the reason. She said," I normally sign but in this case I don't feel comfortable!" To our shock we ask several times to be more specific, she refused to give us the decency to answer. After my b tytother and .there left the office area, she rudely rolled her eyes at my sister-in-law and I. That was the last straw! We went to the santandar branch on shank road the notary there was a kind and highly professional woman by the name of Diane l Shuster. Tha k goodness for her professional and curtious help my family was helped when we needed it the most. My mother said she does not feel comfortable going to santandar branch on park avenue freehold anymore. We will go to schanck rd. Branch from now on.

I've received consistently excellent customer service at this branch for the past fifteen years. The platform personnel are knowledgeable and helpful - one has gone out of his way to help me on several occasions.

Always understaffed , they are always lacking any type of structure poor management I guess . Expect to wait.
