These people are always super nice. I have kids and the one time i forgot to ask for lollipops, they already had them in the little envelope for me. There's no way this is under a 3-star rating bank. You could say, the location isn't in the most ideal spot but you cannot deny the extraordinary customer service they provide at this local bank.

I am saddened to know the service rating is so low for this branch of Santander. I am a local and I have the opportunity to be at this location more than three times for the week and every experience is memorable and wonderful. I personally want to thank this team, especially the tellers. They continue to go above and beyond to make sure clients are completely satisfied and their transactions are accurate. They are patient, kind, caring, hardworking and I know they love what they do. I personally want to say thank you a thousand times and more for the kindness from this team. Overall a tremendous experience and a terrific opportunity to visit every time. Thanks so much for caring!

Worst banking experience of my life. Santander claims to “respect” and care for their customers. Simply put, the customer service at the Clementon, NJ branch was so poor. They refused to help and clearly didn’t care enough to keep their customer. Short story, I accidentally paid my credit card with the wrong account. It caused in the neighborhood of 13-15 bounced checks (all online bill payments). I incurred over $600 in fees and the bank was only willing to give me one of the returned fees back. No one from Santander found it necessary to call me or even email me to give me a heads up. Instead, I received a generic letter in the mail. But by the time I received the letter to know what happened, the damage was done. Went to discuss with the bank manager. She blew me off three times before just telling me there was nothing they could do. I was a customer for a few years at this point. A good one. Never bounced a check. Never had a problem. I cancelled all my accounts that day. Changed my direct deposit to go to a new bank and didn’t consider inquiring about a mortgage two months later when we were buying a new home. I was also in the works of considering moving my business banking there as well. It’s frustrating because every few months I get something in the mail where the bank is willing to give $300 to a new customer. They could have spent less than double that and had me as a customer for life AND made up for it with the additional services they would have received from me. And frankly, I find it kind of insulting that I get these advertisements in the mail promising services that I didn’t receive.

Don’t ever use the drive thru atm here I went there on Friday with my husband he tried withdraw money through the atm and no money came out he told customer service rep inside the bank the situation and they never gave him the money of what he tried withdraw and told him he had to call up customer service and settle the matter with them needless to say we’re still waiting on our money that this branch messed up 😠

This place is terrible Everytime I've been here I've waited at least 15-20 minutes! There is only one person at the counter at a time. It's ridiculous. Seriously understaffed

They're very kind whenever I need help with my accounts. When I was injured they'd help me with coming in & out. The cashiers and manager is very helpful😊😊😊😊.

I literally was on my way to deposit a check for a very large amount and due to the reviews I will definitely not be putting my $ here. Customer service goes a long way. It's ashame some companies do not care.

Incompetent and rude service to say the least. Tellers and customer service reps lack the knowledge base to handle anything other than deposits and withdrawals.

Great Bank ... No fees when you direct deposit or make at least one bill pay but locations are too far and between each other.

Tired of the atm fees. Terriable service. Im in here now closing it up. 😢😢
