Santander Bank Branch N 3rd St, Easton

Despite a modern interior, this next visit their staff most unwelcoming and don't appear to know the law, how things work, how USA Treasury Department and their laws rules regulations and beneficiary rights work and function, and must've had no childhood to know how trust between family members works and take that out judgementally on account holders disrespectfully without really appearing to know much themselves (didn't ask) all the while on the door entrances and their website et cetera their slogan logo whatever says "Respect starts here". They don't know respect presumably. Got what I needed to be done done anyway, but passive-aggressively disrespectfully. The bank and their services has been terrible since Santander took over (apparently unnecessarily too) Sovereign Bank. 👎

After spending almost two hours opening 3 accounts n turning in all the correct paperwork, I was supposed to receive at least 325$ as an inventive in 90 days.....the time came n went n did not receive, called the person who opened the accts n was told that there was something wrong with the paperwork n they would not pay the incentive..... I closed all my accts with them.....respect? I don't think so n here u have the proof They told me a story of why non payment of the promo for one acct n I said ok there were 2 more accts opened the same day, that was a month ago n still no response, this is how they show respect to their customers.....after doing me wrong they can't even apologize n make it right

Have never liked dealing with this bank. Tried multiple times to not be charged $3 per month for statements I don't need but this continued for months. Insane overdraft fees. Not worth dealing with. Done with this bank.

My husband and I use this bank for our personal and business account. Have nothing but great things to say about this location.
