Wow, where do I start? Andrea made this whole process absolutely painless. She got us a great rate, answered questions (usually before we thought to ask them) and set us up with an appraiser and notary that were also a delight to work with. We had loans, with some complications, on a couple of properties. She was able to pay them off and combine them into one -- at a significantly lower monthly amount -- while putting a nice amount of cash into our pocket.
