The entire Sandy Spring team was pleasant and personable throughout the entire loan process. My initial phone call to one of the VP's through the phone number listed on the website was returned promptly and professionally and he continued to provide excellent customer service and responded quickly to my many questions. The fact that Sandy Spring was willing to take on my loan on a fairly unique property that other lenders were shying away from was very relieving as well. I was generally very impressed by the whole experience.
