Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Reviews

I really HATE that all the Bank of America branches no longer have the drive-thru teller service and that all the banks reduced their hours. Also, they closed the branch in my neighborhood that I had used the most. They keep making it LESS convenient to do business with them.

It takes forever to get basic help. They never have enough tellers especially on Fridays but they have plenty of people to open accounts and such sitting around. The people working seem frustrated with us. I think it’s a Bank of America problem though based on reviews of other branches. That said i switched to sandy spring. Best decision ever. They’re so friendly there and always willing to help. I never have to wait and their business office is so professional.

Terrible service. It appears that only one person works there and is responsible for both the inside customer as well as drive thru customers. They are very quick to raise the interest rate on home equity lines, though. The worst banking experience I have ever had. Looking at new banks now.

Terrible bank policies. I don't blame the clerks. They gouge customers with outrageous fees for small things. They give everything free to the rich customers and screw the regular hardworking people. They should rename it trump bank.

Poor services, even the manager is rude and don't have ways to solve problems. I can't withdrawal money from my bussines account only because I don't have the ID with me. I guess it could be another ways to solve this matter.

This one location in Olney is really pushing me to bank with someone else. Today I showed up to yet another broken ATM all the drive-through then moved over to the walk up which was also broken. Proceeded to the front door at 4o’clock which I was rudely avoided buy a employee named Joseph adekola. When I asked if I could just make a deposit being 4 o’clock and both of their atm machines were broken he just slammed the door in my face said we are closed and walked away. After seeing how rude he was a manager tried to make it right by taking my deposit but I said I’m done and walked away. I’ll be shopping for a new bank tomorrow.

Worst banking experience ever. Waited in a line of 10 people with 1 teller open for 30 minutes before being helped. The drive thru teller helped out a little and was the one that helped me. She would not cash a check because of the amount. When I asked why she had no explanation and moved to a different window and asked for the next customer. I asked for a manager but he was busy. Then she proceeded to speak to me from the other window while I asked her to come back over to my window to talk with me so I could find out why. She continued to yell about it until the main teller started to get loud with me. I walked out. I had cashed a check the exact same size last week. If you have a policy in place you should educate your tellers on why it is there.

#nostars Deplorable service. Wouldn't cash BoA check. Different branch indicated should be able to cash with both signatures. Teller first says has to order cash, as a small branch. Upon asking where a larger bank could cash, given the run-around. Manager then says we have to deposit into a joint account. #Terrible --Walked over to M&T deposited check into single account, cash available Tuesday. #maga

There is one maybe 2 helpful people if 2. Even the “manager” acts like he can’t be bothered. The staff is great at sitting around and talking and NOT helping a long line of customers. Hopefully they’ll clean that branch up before it’s too late

Very helpful and courteous staff. The manager is exceptional. He took the time needed to help me with a difficult situation. I walked in crying, and walked out smiling.
