This is the second opportunity my family had had to work with Curt Midkiff to finance construction of our new home. Ours was a more complicated program for a number of reasons. Mr. Midkiff was able to plan and implement a creative arrangement that allowed us to finance the purchase and construction in one package. Ever since the changeover form Washington First Bank we have had nothing but problems. I have done a lot of banking in my life and I have never encountered so a bank this incompetent and with incompetent people. It is going to be a big hassle to change banks but I have had enough. You have to try very hard to suck this bad!
