You don’t have to give a single F about your client, in fact we’ll ignore them for you! Well then this is your home!! Who cares what they think??? Not me!!! You best we don’t care unless they’re one in a million and we have that other million ;

I have been with SLFCU for over 35 years. Everything I’ve done through the credit union has been done with exceptional service. From mortgages to financial services their staff has done everything to protect me as a customer/member. The Paseo branch is no exception. I have never gone in and not been taken care of quickly and with care. I have recommended several of my relatives and friends to the credit union and they have never had any complaints. I highly recommend this credit union to anyone looking for excellent service.

the staff here just walk around and cause disturbances around the whole building. They are too busy gossiping to do their jobs more efficiently i waited 15 minutes for the lady at the front desk to help me with a loan. Unacceptable.

This place has always been good to me, except for my last visit, after waiting about 6 weeks for my license plates and 2 weeks of not using my new car because the temp tag expired from the bank, I recieved a call in the morning from the branch near paseo notifying me that my license plates were ready at that branch, I live in Santa Fe and was about to go in to work but called in late and drove to Albuquerque for the license plates, When I arrived and told them about the call, I was told it was made on one of the employees lunch times, I spent 10 min at the branch before they they said that it was accidentally misplaced and that I could go back another day for the plates, I said that I lived in Santa Fe ..ended up just losing work hours and gas for no reason.

The employees are always so friendly & professional. I would never bank anywhere else!

I've never been disappointed with this credit union. My money is always available when I need it. The secure site online is very intuitive and easy to track. The customer service here is awesome too.

No sense of urgency. Waiting for a loan officer to help me, but front desk failed to mention no one was there to help. They just let me sit there for a half hour. Had they told .e no one was in the building I would have saved .myself 30 mins
