I called and spoke with Melanie and she was AMAZING. She helped me figure out how to set up an account to transfer money online and she figured out after 20 minutes on the phone that it was already set up!! She was so patient with me!! She was so professional!! Thank you Melanie for showing what customer service is all about!! You are wonderful!!

A short note long on appreciation of how quickly Alexandria responded to each of my e-mail messages regrading an auto loan sent on Saturday, May 28, 2022. It was like being on a live chat or rapid texting. Never have I had such expedient replies from any company, using e-mail, especially on a Saturday. Thank you for who you are and all that you do, Alexandria!!!

Rude staff and very unprofessional. I called today to wonder why they are billing me two transfers for this month. This is after calling yesterday to tell them my payment is going to come in on the 19th instead of the 15th. The response I get is “ I’m sorry I’m not seeing a processing payment on here and I can’t help you”. I told Mike (the representative I was speaking with) that I cannot afford two payments and he froze and didn’t know how to help me. This place is the worst customer service I’ve dealt with.

Micah (in Member Services) was friendly, efficient, and proactive. Highly recommended!

I am surprised at how unprofessional there Mortgage Department is. Ryan Dierdorf was rude and is a disappointment to the Mortgage Profession. I am a Realtor and I will warn future client againsts the unprofessional way this company does business.

Kathy has helped me very much she is so friendly. I have never met her but I am lucky enough to have her answer the phone whenever I call for assistance. I am happy with the credit union and their team

Great rates on loans & fairly prompt service. If you need to ask them questions text them, don't call. Much quicker response & much easier. Their rates on loans are great but they can be a little slow origination loans and getting a loan closure scheduled. Their banking app is pretty good & it is very convenient that it keeps all your accounts, including loans, all visible. I pay my car loans by transfer using the app & it makes it so much easier.

Unfortunately it is impossible to bank without going into a branch. If you never need to deposit a check, use a mobile app, or send or receive money, Sandia may be a sufficient solution. If you anticipate needing any of those services, expect 10 hours of emails text and phone support, and a week for turnaround time. I've struggled for almost a decade with Sandia and have not experienced any improvement.

I spoke with Melinda today and she was absolutely fabulous! I hadn’t dealt with them for quite some time and recently obtained a new auto loan. Melinda made my experience flawless and wonderful! I highly recommend her and Sandia Area!

II was transferred to another representative Melinda! Who was kind , knowledgeable and eloquent. It was refreshing to talk to someone who knew what exactly what I need. She was very patient too and we resolved my dilemma! Thanks 🌺😊

My card was declined so I called to inquire, turns out there was fraud and they're sending me a new one. Aldrian was awesome.

I have been a member of Sandia Area FCU for a good 20 yrs and there are plenty good reasons. I even moved to Montana for 12 years and kept my banking with them. They are easy to access, professional and courteous staff are always there to help. If any questions they may have with my account, I get to promptly hear from one of their staff. Their car loan rates and services saved me money and was able to pay off my loan months sooner. I thank all levels of their team for maintaining a high standard of professional care to me as a customer!!

Worst place to get any loans! This is my second time I tried to get a loan! The first time I got approved a commercial vehicle... but then the came back after I sent the info of the vehicle... they said they don't do specialty vehicle...it was a( tow truck)... and they knew what I was going in for. They say the have quick response on approval That's a lie! I have to call them and they take for ever to answer!Two days later! Stay away from getting a loan from them! If I could I would but negative stars.

I needed help with a problem with a charge that had not shown up in our statement. I spoke with Genevieve at the call center and she was able to resolve my problem rather quickly. She was very pleasant during our conversation and nice to speak with. Also, my interactions with Bonnie at the Paseo Branch have always been very pleasant and helpful whenever I have needed assistance. Bonnie is such a nice person and always willing to help. Very lucky to have her at our branch!
