Sandia Area Federal Credit Union Main St, Santa Fe

This is by far my new favorit location for Sandia area credit union. Very friendly and above and beyond that of most banks costumer service. They even where so kind as to send me a follow up email about a question on a accidental purchase my son made on a purchase of a hot tub from Amazon. 😆... thank you and looking forward to many years of great service !

Went to the new branch in Santa Fe and worked with Bridgitte Uriostegui for a quick withdrawal. She was very courteous and respectful during the transaction. Oh and the new branch is Santa Fe is very nice!

Kamila from the Santa Fe branch was great!. She really made sure to make this entire process for my family so easy!

Worst bank I have ever had a loan with there app and getting auto pay set up has taken me 4 phone calls and a week time still ot working. They love to help you when they need a document from you but if you need help there unless.

Kamila has always gone the furthest mile and never quits. Kamila's personality that is expressed over the phone is always cheerful and interested in my needs from the CU. Kamila is the pinnacle example of perfect Customer Service. I will continue to use Sandia and Kamila as my agent for all banking/CU needs. 5-STARS's to Kamila.

Edit: SAFCU reached out and rectified the situation. They took the time and effort to reach out to me and make sure that I did not get any fees or credit hits from the problem and thanked me for bringing the issue to their attention. Excellent customer service from the employees at this branch. Not this specific branch, but Sandia in general. I set up an auto loan with Sandia CU and the first payment was due on April 5th. The first bill from SCU did not arrive until April 8th, and it was postmarked April 4th, the day before it was due. I could not pay online because I had no account number prior to receiving the bill. Once I did get online, it took another 4 days to link my normal bank to pay the bill. Even after talking to customer service and setting up a payment to try to pay as quickly as possible, SCU sent me a letter stating they would tack on late fees and report non-payment to my credit. TLDR: Horrible account management, useless customer support, bad communication. Very sorry I ever did business with them.

Kamila was very nice and efficient! She treat us, my husband and I, very kindly and was very sweet! She was also fast in taking care of our needs and very clear explaining to us everything! We would totally recommend any one to do business with her! She speaks Spanish fluently which is a plus!!

Every time I go into the Santa Fe branch Bridgette is a joy to work with. She’s friendly, professional and has a great personality. I’ve only had this account for about a year and only go in once a month at the most but even with masks on she knows my name and it’s like we’ve known each other for years! Great place to bank and amazing customer service, I recommend opening an account with them!

Odilas at the Santa Fe Branch is awesome 🤩. She really went above and beyond to help me get my loan processed quickly . I will be a life long customer because of her !
