Our office represented the seller in a recent transaction. As they serve less populated counties, your choices for title are limited. We chose them on the recommendation of the buyer's agent, who was awesome. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the title company. Multiple emails and phone calls went unanswered. Last thing needed in any transaction are issues caused by the title company. One day before closing and we're still waiting on the payoff. Title co team seemed to have no regard for the closing date and did not communicate to either agent issues that ultimately caused a delay in closing. Not doing so technically put buyer in default and could have cost them the transaction in this hyper-competitive market. Icing on the cake, our office did not receive our commission payment for one week post closing. Do not recommend.

Our realtor used this title company when we sold our home this month (May 15) . This company was very unresponsive and did not communicate with us at all throughout the process. Their lack of attention resulted in a delay in our closing in a timely manner. We were waiting for documents for closing remotely (to be sent prior to closing ) but they did not send them until it was too late for us to do so without doing so in person. As a result we had to take time off from work and drive 7 hours round trip. Even worse, we were to be funded in the date of closing (Friday) but this did not happen. On Monday, they did not bother to arrange for us to receive the proceeds until well after lunchtime, resulting in a 72 hour delay before we could receive our funds. I have yet to speak to anyone there for an explanation or apology. NEVER use this company. They are lackadaisical and not worthy of your time.

Sold a house and 3 weeks later they’re sending me mail to the house I sold!

Slowest closing ever escrow officer wouldnt return my emails. She stated she hasn't gone thru 200 emails. Title commitment and HUD paperwork work recieved 24-48 hours before closing. I would never recommend them.

3 closings in the last month and I can tell you that they all went very smoothly!!!! Very helpful and accommodating!!! Thanks a million Krista and Peggy!!
