I switched to State Farm over a year ago. Best desicion I made. All of the staff at Andrews office is amazing. Crystal and Alex call me to always make sure everything’s going great. I’ve never had one issue with the office or my policy. Anytime I’ve had a question or concern they take care of of immediately. The text option is so convenient. It’s as if they are family. Honestly if you don’t have Andrew for your insurance agent switch now! I literally can’t thank them enough for all they do! Oh and my policy is great and I pay less than anyone I know for amazing coverage. Thanks guys! Y’all are the best!

STOP! Don’t look else where. This agent has it down. Great communication, pride, and knowledge. Best rates, and all in one stop. No middle man. When I call they help me right away. If I need anything they help me as soon as possible. Never waited more than 5 minutes. I love my insurance. They help me on my auto, motorcycle and renters insurance. Just love it. All under $100 for all three.

Andrew,does not take care about his clients,when it's time to protect us. He made the statement it the company,wont pay.our van got 2,000 damage thanks to there roadside people. Cause we did a claim,they dropped us from car coverage.we stayed with homeowners insurance.500k house they are telling us if we make a claim leak in ceiling it will go against us..are we paying premiums for 3 years. beware this Andrew living the good life with his five sons could care less about us old folks.oh! It not him its state farm
