Bad experience with lady working there last Saturday. I provided proof of insurance, inspection. Driver's license. She was investigating me, wanted to know if I was a resident of San Antonio and wanted my full insurance policy. I am a professional with an MBA .I walked out and left. She should be fired. Bad business customer service. Won't come back and will not recommend. Very upsetting.

Called for information and I got instant rudeness. What ever happened to customer service? Will not even think about using this establishment. If I could give 0 stars, it'd be done.

This place was very helpful with a very fast process the lady that help me was extremely patient and polite I will definitely come here every year

When I showed up there were like 6 people in front of me, and I was in a rush , I thought about just leaving. Glad I stayed ! It was my turn in 5 minutes and my registration took another 5 mins , the fees I paid were 100% normal and reasonable and the lady was so nice and helpful !! Was way easier than I expected ☺️☺️☺️☺️

Went there the fist time time from out of state. The guy on the first desk on from the door was really nice. He explained that they stop titling at 4pm. He looks at all my paperwork and told me I had everything required. He gave me a form to fill out and return the following day. Today 12/21/21, I returned with all the paperwork including the filled form the gentleman gave me yesterday. This time the younger gentleman was not in. When it was my turn, I was called to the middle desk by this old Caucasian grandma. I sat down and handed her my paperwork. Oh boy, the woman looked at me and snubbed on me rudely ‘I have to finish organizing Mu desk first’. Politely I said okay mom. The old lady spent over ten minutes rearranging a bunch of number plates on her desk without valuing my time. Finally she asked to see my vehicle paperwork. She looked at them and in a very rude voice she said, “we can’t register your vehicle without proof you pay Texas sales Tax”. I asked what do I need to show that I do pay? Again in a very rude voice she goes “ you need a bill of sale and they are not issued here, you need to go to the city office “. At this point I am stunned, I said excuse me mom, the vehicle is already registered in my name from another state . Why do I need a bill of sale and am not selling the vehicle. She went, what I said is final, please leave. I left and while outside their office I called the Department of safety. They confirmed that I did not need the bill of sale when registering a vehicle to Texas from another state. I decided to drive to a different titling location. I went to one located on 6107 Callaghan rd. There I received a very warm welcome and I was served with a very professional customer service. The lady her name was Patricia helped me in less than 10 minutes. She even went further to explain to me how to put the front sticker on. She made my day. But the old grandma at the San Pedro location her name Linda, she need to retire because she might be tired or she hates her job. She even bad mouthed her collegue\ the gentleman who gave me the form the previous day stating that he’s new and doesn’t know what he’s doing. That was not professional at all. I hope the owner reads this post.

The Linda lady is super rude for no reason. She’s over here telling me I need some other paper work for my registration vehicle, yet I never needed that paperwork …. She gives horrible service and isn’t even polite when calling up people to help them. Dumb b.

Do y’all not take these reviews at the location serious every time I go the older lady in the middle is very rude and unwelcoming I don’t know what’s wrong but she needs to be corrected or she probably shouldn’t be working there I can’t even ask a question without getting a rude response from her back it doesn’t matter how polite you are to her she will just give you attitude and the experience overall so uncomfortable

I went in to get my car registration like I do every year for the past 5 years. It is always the same older lady that I have dealt with for the past 5 years. Today I was very annoyed by her unprofessionalism. As I walked in, she gave my husband and I a rude stare, I understand that Monday was a holiday and there were a lot of customers waiting in line. The process was very fast but her attitude was horrible. I have always registered my car by using my drivers license that has the same address as the registration, even though my father in law's name is on the card. Today my husband came inside with me and the lady told us rudely that she could not do it. That my father in law needed to be there in person, then mumbled that he can send us a picture of his license, then yelled next before I could ask her a question. I work in customer service and this lady should not be dealing with customers. I called another agency and they said they could accept the registration if we have the same address and same last name, so you can imagine how annoyed we were after dealing with her for 5 years.

Went in to get my inspection sticker for my car 9/14/2020. It was a very fast process, but the old lady sitting in the middle desk seemed like she was having a bad day. She was helping her customer and the customer got up and walked out...then the old lady that was helping her was staring at me twice so I assumed “maybe she wants to know what I’m there for?” So I walked up to her desk and I said “hi how are you doing?(: I was wondering if I could get help with my inspection sticker today?” then she pretty much got bend out of shape and said that I need to take a seat and wait my turn because her customer just went out to get something from her car. I pretty much just killed her with kindness and said “oh my bad ma’am!” while she ranted to me about waiting for my turn. I didn’t mean to intrude that service between her and that customer she was helping out. I just walked up to her because she was staring at me so I was thinking she was wondering what I wanted/: other than that I feel customer service should be prioritized at that location! It was fast BUT they need to look happy about their jobs lol
