Very nice people and very good customer service.

Have not been happy with this loan service at all. Spoke with someone over the phone who reassured me that my $45 renewal fee could be paid over the phone - they took my payment and reassured me not to worry about it. I felt super relieved. Only for two weeks later to find out that- that it can only be paid through the app.. and w the interest built.. it's now $200 that I have to pay. Extremely misleading.
