Turnkey Rentals worked very hard to find myself a the perfect choice. They took on the responsibility of sharing information, and assisting me with the tenancy. I would strongly recommend it to both brokers and distributors.

Be extremely careful doing business with Saint Louis Investments. They claim to fix up properties and sell them to OUT OF TOWN OWNERS with tenants in them and they tell you no need to go see the properties. The properties they sell are complete garbage, the property management they recommend is terrible (can't even collect the rents) and the prices that they charge for these homes is WAY OVER MARKET. This is a LOSE, LOSE, LOSE. STEER CLEAR UNLESS YOU LIKE LOSING MONEY AND HAVING SLUM PROPERTIES WITH CONSTANT PROBLEMS.
