After much research, we decided to engage Juan Huizar from Sage Real Estate Group to list our three multi-family properties. Two with very much family historical significance. We previously had independent appraisals completed on these properties and Juan thought the appraisals were very conservative. Juan listed the properties with asking prices thousands of dollars higher and we had multiple offers in the first thirty days. We had multiple hurdles to overcome during escrow as beneficiaries. We inherited multiple miscues from family members that were no longer with us. Juan, his Team and other Associates worked to overcome these obstacles and we closed within the offer timelines. Juan kept us apprised of every step of these hurdle completions and was just awesome to work with. If I had more property to list, Juan would only be the one I would turn to to accomplish this.

My wife and I worked with Caleb to purchase our second property, which was surprisingly stress-free. It had been a while since we purchased a property, so Caleb made sure to provide updates every step of the way. We kept hearing from friends how competitive the market was but with Caleb’s help, we were able to buy the property at asking price, and he even negotiated a credit for us to help with the cost of renovations. I will absolutely use Caleb and Sage again for our next home purchase.

The Sage team was AMAZING to work with from start to finish. From determining the right listing price, to their marketing/ social media blast, to negotiations, to finding the right buyer and everything in between, they were ALWAYS on top of it and made the whole transaction a very easy one.
