They forced me to create an account with a minimum of $25 in order to get a car loan. After that, they decided my account was "inactive" and they'd charge me monthly fee until my account was depleted. Their reason in the letter? It was a "cost reduction technique." It's only $25 but it's pretty shady that they just decided "Hey he hasn't touched this money in a while, so it's ours now"

You guys can thank "Sydney" for running away business. Went in to try and apply for a car loan, and was told that I needed a PHYSICAL COPY of proof of address and PAYSTUB. Now days everything is electronic, direct deposit etc. But she couldn't print out my info for me "and we don't have an email for you to send it to". I'll take my business else ware. Make sure you call before you go, ESPECIALLY if you live far, like me smh.

If anything happens to your card during the weekend, after-hours, or holiday may the lord have Mercy. Impossible to get a hold of anyone during these times if you need anything, especially if you lose your card. The only options were to input the card number of the lost card (really?) or cancel every card on my wife's and I shared account. Insanity! Other banks can put your card on hold in case it's just misplaced, not with this bank. Been banking for years, but I think it's time to jump ship.

Havent had any problems and they seem to be on top of everything even before you notice it. :D satisfied and happy with the few years i been with them.

The area is unsafe after hours. Lots of transients on the property. Atm damaged, making it more difficult to access after hours. Secure after hour Atms need to be installed inside were members can use their cards to enter and be safe. Th

The employees here are exceptional bar none, the former manager Pat was awesome. I have banked with this branch for some time now and every time I needed help they were always eager to help me out. A good, safe place to keep your money.

Very dissapointed. Loan tellers (Angel and Beverly) on Oak St proccessed our paperwork to be sent off to loan officer, a week later after calling Safe 1 we are informed they misplaced our loan documents. We then return back to the branch redo paperwork and were promised a phone call the next day by Ms. Rutledge whom we never heard from. After contacting the branch again I was told by Laura that them misplacing our paperwork was our fault. Thankfully Delfina stepped in and took care of her incompetent co-workers debauchery.

Wonderful tellers and it's never very busy.
