This company has the WORST customer service ever!!! I dealt with them for 2 months, had an approval and their employee took so long to process ppwk they had to redo it all and then came back and said I was not approved. Never in my life has it taken months to get financing on a truck. Considering I own a repo company, I've bought plenty of trucks and deal with finance companies on a daily basis. They do not get back to you unless you stay on top of them relentlessly. They had me sign a letter saying I would only use them for financing and then said they wouldn't do the deal. They are not professional at all!! I highly recommend you DO NOT use this company for any financing.

Ryzen Capital does not care about their contractors or customers. I personally worked with them and they build in maximum commission and take advantage of customers and employees. I don't write many reviews(this may be a first) but I wouldn't sleep good knowing that this review may save someone a huge headache. Proceed with caution. I would never work with them or recommend anyone do business with these guys. Honestly, I wish I could give them zero stars.

I was able to get my financing with no hassle and very short time, they handled all my needs for our future growth. I will be using them again when the the time comes! Thank you so much for all your help James.

Credit issues with less than perfect credit, no problem. They have so many ways to help customers who need that little push so they can get the needed equipment. Highly recommend for financing.

FAST! I needed a new Case CX50B because ours broke down. We had a deadline we had been chasing and I got my machine in 3 days! They even worked out hotshot delivery for us so we didn't have to shut down. So glad our dealer recommended them.
