This is hands down, the best insurance experience I have ever had. I was with my previous company for 12 years and paying too much. Samantha was professional and thorough. Heather and Renee are my agents. I started with just car and camper insurance. It was such a good price that no other well known insurance could beat it! So I added 4 life insurance policies and 2 hospital indemnity policies. I love visiting the office if I have questions. Everyone is so cheerful it makes my day brighter.

These guys are Great ! I originally was not with State Farm but had a State Farm client run a red light and totaled my truck a couple years ago. Ryan and his group took such great care of my claim that I thought since they did so well with a person that wasn't a client, they must really be good with their own clients. So I changed and I was right ! Absolutely the best Insurance agent you can find and good rates. I highly recommend these guys for all your Ins. needs.

Current State Farm customer and have been for years after switching from USAA (became way too expensive). Needed some documents notarized quickly (we don’t bank locally) and they were so responsive and kind to my request. Had us in and out in less than 10 minutes. Office is CLEAN and looks very nice, they had a popcorn machine and the office staffed actually looked like they enjoyed working there.

An awesome experience.... very professional and also personal, great rates and always there for you... Renee is who I work with normally but everyone in that office works together! Overall a pleasure to call them my insurance agent!

IM SO ANGRY!!!!! Angry because I didn’t make this call months in advance! Samantha took care of my policy insuring two vehicles one of which is a commercial vehicle and managed to get me a better rate covering both vehicles than what I was previously paying for just one. Couldn’t be happier with the service and the savings. Sure, individual results may vary, but why not make the phone call. Thank you Samantha and team! Only one income for my family. This place is great. All of the staff are super helpful and informative. I feel like they always go the extra mile to weigh in my favor. I currently have two vehicles (one truck one motorcycle) on my policy and I am still saving about $28 a month as opposed to having JUST my truck on a policy with a different company. But, I am witting this review now because of my experience that REALLY stood out to me. I called and spoke with a girl named Morgan who was very friendly and patient with me while I asked questions and sorted through what all I needed to do to get a motorcycle that I'm buying insured. But, she did all of this past store closing hours. I work in customer service myself and I know exactly how selfless it was of her it was to answer my call and help me even though it was Friday and her shift was over. Shout out to you Morgan! You're the real MVP. 10/10.

Absolutely love the team at Ryan Lampasona’s office! I highly recommend going in and asking for Erin Wells. She is extremely knowledgeable and can write any policy for you herself. She goes above and beyond to not only make sure you have the best coverage but that you are satisfied with the price and service you are receiving!

It was time to renew a flood policy. It could not of been handled more efficiently by Team Lamp. I was able to swing by, say hi to the crew, enjoy the ambience and be on my way. I rarely post reviews about non-dining establishments but this place left a lasting impression. I went in for a quote and not only did my rep (Alena) give me stellar service, she was able to beat all of the other quotes I’d received the last few days. She went above and beyond to find the best plan for me and my family. I got full coverage for the price of basic at Allstate! I’ve found my new insurance home :)

Shout out to Renee Tramontana for her excellent service. I literally pulled all of my policies from my agent of 15+years.. 2 vehicles, a boat, motorcycle and home owners policies. Every policy was cheaper and for equal or in most cases more coverage than my agent offered! She has also done the same for a family member who was sent to her! I had an issue with my insurance through the dmv. Ryan and Samantha were very helpful making sure I had all the documents needed to sort out my issue so that the 2 hour wait at the dmv was a one time thing. I couldn’t be anymore thankful for how quick and professional everyone was. I have dealt with two of the employees there Erin Wells and Bailey Copeland. Anytime I go into the office any of the employees that I come in contact with are very friendly and greet me with a smile. Erin & Bailey are my go to girls to meet any needs with my existing insurance through Ryan's office. What other office has a ping pong table when you walk in the front door. That shows me that the employees must enjoy a little fun time with not only each other but anyone that wants to show off their skills. You have a great team Ryan....keep up the good work!

I normally don't give anyone a bad review, but this Insurance Agency has stressed me out for the past year! Devin is the first agent my Fiancé and I had talked to and got our policy switched from a different state to here. When I say he messed my policy up beyond belief... I had to switch agencies to get my policy straightened up. I called multiple times and even went to the office in person trying to get my policy fixed. My policy was switched from one thing to another and no one seemed to know what was going on. Not only that, but I received 2 letters saying that my policy had been cancelled and my license were going to be suspended and that I would have to pay $150 to fix it and no one in that office could tell me why I had received those and even said that my policy was definitely active. I was told that I could pay money when I didn't have a bill, but when I asked if I could have a receipt I was told "They cannot give a receipt when there is no bill" and then put in a poor note when I said I couldn't give a payment when there is no bill. It's been one thing after another. 10/10 would not recommend.

From lowering my rate from another insurance provider, to sending over multiple quotes when I was looking to purchase a new vehicle, they were always readily available! Love my hometown insurance team!

Awesome experience. Love this office. Ralphie always takes care of his customers and is very knowledgeable. The office definitely has a great sense of humor and has games to play while waiting for your agent (if there’s a wait at all). Very fun and professional group! Highly recommend over your other “good neighbors.” They make paying your insurance bills fun!

Best experience in insurance yet! So I needed insurance really bad and was struggling to find the right policy for me, to fit my lifestyle. As soon as I walk in this office to inquire about an insurance policy, a nice young woman who is called Morgan, helped me right away! She tailored my policy to fit all of my needs and now I’m covered and not worried about accidents or dying with my children being left with nothing. Love this office ! I had just moved here a few months ago and needed a local insurance company for my truck. I’m so glad I went with this State Farm office. I had originally called and spoke to Alena, then went in to go over a few things I didn’t understand. Alena was able to explain the policy and then I was pleasantly surprised I would be saving monthly with some added coverage. How awesome is that!! Thanks Alena for all your help
