Zero stars. Awful bank. Every branch. Slow, under staffed, and as usual they refuse to answer the phone. This bank should be shut down for fraud.

They dont have a drivethru?? What i did notice upon walking in: lobby of people waiting, 2 tellers working, teller line is dark, lobby choreographer wondering around, very.. Unfriendly vibe. Not having a drivethru is a pain in the rear and pretty ridiculous. Like, what would you do if you were handicap??

Absolutely the SSSSSLLLLLLoooooowwwwwwweeeeeesssssttttttt service of any bank I've been in! NEVER enough tellers even before this pandemic. Closed the drive through 6 months ago. I see how much this bank cares about the customer..... I plan on shifting my accounts to another bank. Horrible!

Horrible location the manager and employees are beyond rude I actually went to withdraw money from my account and they wanted to know why I wanted it that’s not there business at all it’s my money. They refused to give me my own money out of my account what is going on with this I’ve never on my life seen anything like this

I’ll start off saying that I hate banks, I hate the atmosphere and that usually the people who work there are rude and not easy to be friendly with. My recent visit to BOA CR was the best bank experience I’ve ever had! We were greeted kindly (which I’ve never experienced in a bank before- sorry I didn’t catch the ladies name). And then Lidi helped us with joining our bank accounts! Lidi was funny, nice and relatable. She made the experience easy and fast and it felt like we were amongst friends vs sitting in a bank. Thank you Lidi for making our appointment hassle free!

I have bean banking with this bank for 8 years and lately they have bean holding all paper checks my pay roll checks and then put a 10 day hold on a certified check that's not including weekend days also the check is from a multi-million dollar company I have talked to 4 other backs and they all told me the same thing I'm dune I've called and called and all the bank of america ppl say the same s stuff over and over again on the 31st I'm closing my account and going elsewhere completely disappointed

No one ever answers the phone. Appt dates are never available. Service is so slow. I suggest if you stay with B.o.A you use the Beverly Hills location.
