Lynn Rust prepared many returns for me and was a joy to work with, which sounds odd when discussing taxes, but that's just when you need someone with a sense of humor and good bedside manner. As an older gentleman, with no children living at home, I needed a strategy to reduce my taxable income and prepare for my retirement. John Blais, CPA gave me honest advice and information that I could easily understand. His manner was appropriate and friendly. I left there feeling i was on the right track and i truly appreciated his time!

We worked with the firm for about a year. We liked Ashley who was helping us out but unfortunately she left and then we worked with John Blais who was rude and arrogant on the phone. Did I mention condescending? We were discussing some journal entries Ashley had made and he said "we number ours, can you read the number", I did read the number and he still denied it was made so he lied to boot. We no longer will take our business to this firm and now I understand why Ashley left! I wouldn't use them for anything!

Lynn's office is always available to answer our questions and steer us in the right direction. Our paperwork is always ready on time and concerns are addressed promptly.
