    Everyone else made it in to work today. But I guess this bank doesn't care about it's members enough to be here. Liked it better when it was Cheshire credit union. They would have been here.

    This used to be a great credit union to deal with. Sadly they’ve merged with GFA and have gone downhill. I used to think this place was a gem. Their loan products are terrible and controlled by GFA. I’d highly recommend switching to Service Credit Union, loan products and rates are far superior.

    Dealing with a local credit union is great until you move away and don’t live there any longer. If you like the convenience of online banking, digital communications and ease of transfers and use, this is not the bank for you. I can no longer pay my CC online due to switching companies within the credit union. Ok, so what are my options? I’ve contacted you several times online and received no response but you have no problem marking me late. So, a phone call to them gets a response of well, the only way to to send us a check and we will make the payment for you. WHAT?? I just went back in time and wouldn’t know even where my checkbook is never mind a postage stamp. Get with the times CCFCU or you will be out of business. Your clientele is dying everyday and you are not setup to deal with the growing generations.

    I have been with this bank for several years. Until 2 months ago I enjoyed this bank. It seems now that it's not a people bank. For instance, I used to be able to call the bank and have funds available for my kids to pick up. 2 months ago I was told I can not do that any longer. My kids live in nh and I'm in another state. I can not drive 1100 miles to do banking. I do like this bank and most people in it but it's no longer a "peoples" bank.

    This Bank shut down for their computer updates with a paper Notice on the front door. Sorry for the inconvenience??? You should be doing this during your closed hours, seeing that there is no other way to withdrawal MY money that you hold. I cannot go food shopping, I cannot get gas, I cannot get school supplies... THIS is what you're calling an inconvenience? I'm screwed now! Thanks for the Notice that I never noticed yesterday being there in person, no one even told me verbally what the plan was! Inconvenience is not going hungry & being stuck at home with 4 kids & no money! I'm done! Good day.

    Since GFA took over the bank is trash, simple payments wont go through because a vendor is over seas and there is no recourse to have this removed. We live in an age were people do business globally not just in one state. I have to call them at least one time every month to sort this out.

    Only gave 1 star because I had to, to be able to say that this is one of the WORST banks/credit unions I have ever had! Be sure to watch your transactions here, as when checking mine I noticed I had a transaction charge me 3 times, and when calling the bank the lady was very rude to me (and is every single time I call) and said they were aware and were trying to resolve it. Its understandable that things Unfortuently happen, but being a week from Christmas, and it happening to so many people (she said over 100) you think they would call their customers or send out a letter explaining? NOPE! When I asked the manager why, she said "in all honesty, we just got so many calls from customers asking why, that we didn't have time to call anyone or send out notices. Seriously?! Also, if you lose your card, there's no number to call! U have to wait until open hours. Worst bank ever! And the manager or whoever she is that sits in the office is the rudest lady ever, and even after explaining all of this to her, they did not apologize ONCE! Nothing but problems since day 1. When I first opened my account, I didn't receive a debit card for a month!! I called once a week looking for it, the rude lady pretty much told me to stop calling and that I needed to be patient and that it would he coming in the mail . finally I had to go to cash a check, and asked again while I was in there and the girl says "out yes its right here with your checks! They have been here for awhile". Really?!?! If your looking for a good bank or credit union, Savings Bank Of Walpole or Service Credit Union are the best in the area! This credit union has no clue what they are doing and worst customer service ever!

    Went in to sign up for a new account after being on the road for a while. Asked them if I could use the bathroom behind me. Was told they don't allow customers to use it. Asked why and was told they had a customer make a mess, so now none of the customers are allowed to use it. This was a good peak into how they view their customers and I walked out without signing up. They also just merged with a larger credit union and are no longer small and local.

    If other banks operated like this one, they might have competition. My Mom has an account with another institution here in Keene. They have lost valuable documents, they will not cash any of her checks, claiming she does not have an account when in fact she has proof. This institution has been extremely accommodating to my Mom and my family and myself. They are the example of customer service and banking. There is no other banking institution in the city of Keene that matches their level of professionalism and candor. I salute Linda, Cathy, Stacey, Mary, Kurt and Gina whom we miss a lot; for all that they have done.

    The tellers are never friendly or personable, even when you are to them. When I moved away and had to call to rectify something, I called repeatedly for weeks and it always went right to machine, and I never ever received a call back! Had other major issues as well, mostly related to set up errors and customer service.
