Even though your dealership is about an hour away, my husband and I choose to give you guys business as we see results that get done unlike John Amato‘s (which is closer to home). Also, I would like to say that Brandon has been completely helpful throughout the process of buying my husbands car (searching for the car he wanted) , as well as, locking my in car in so I can get it once it gets off the train. I appreciate how prompt , informative, and courteous Brandon is. 10 stars should be given to him as well as he should be awarded something for his excellence! :)

I scheduled for Parking Breaks Service required light was on and need to be resetted. I came for appointment on time, and Parking Break Service Required light was off before I got to the service center. I told to my representative, he is always been great. I asked him to be checked the issue which he said technician check Parking Break looks good, and oil change done. I waited hour and thirtyminutes. Everything done in hour and half, just completed oil change ???. After I left Service center about 500 yards, Parking Break Service Required light back on. So, I turned around show it to my Service representative, he said I have to wait again 30 mins to an hour to get back just to reset Parking Break Service Required light. After my service representative talked to his manager, he came back to me and said I have to wait hour and thirty minutes (90 minutes) just to reset the light. I told the manager why can't expedited just to reset light and make me wait another hour and thirty minutes just to get back Service to reset. Manager said they squeezed in and otherwise have to schedule different date, really just to reset computer. I told that manager that I bought this car from here and always come for Service here even though I live in different town 30 minutes away. I am loyal customer. The manager seems doesn't even care. Service Manager is either doesn't know how to manage or just ignoring my concerns. I have to spend total 4 hours just to reset light ????? This review really meant for the Service Manager.

Was very surprised by the fee to use a credit card. I did not bring a check book. Because of the fee when using a credit card, I have chosen to have my brake work completed some where else. Also, i intend to purchase a replacement rim for my Mitsubishi from another dealership because of the fee.

I came in with a 2005 Endeavor with a difficult repair due to the age and availability of parts which they explained to us up front. It took awhile to locate the part but we were updated regularly. They were able to complete the repair and it was covered under an open recall. Thank you very much to the service team

A road raged driver broke my windshield. After speaking with the police I called russ darrow and the man who helped me was beyond kind, had great customer service and showed concern for our situation. We were able to use their shuttle to get home while my car was worked on. Thank you for your time and help!!!

Marvin from the Service Department was great! He came into the waiting room a few times to update me on the progress of my Mitsubishi Outlnder, when they were almost done he brought me a service flyer and let me know it's almost time for my 30,000 mile service, then let me know total cost out the door. I went outside and Nick from sales approached us and asked if we needed anything. We didn't but told him that Im soon going to be in the market for a new vehicle due to my daughter's special needs. He talked with us and explained his ideas on what our best options would be. Then we went back inside and spoke with Jesse from sales and he basically confirmed what nick had said and told us when we're ready just to give any of them a call and they'd help us. Overall love this place! Friendly and efficient. I have hypocondria when it comes to my vehicle and they're always so understanding and get everything checked out and taken care of so it's safe for my babies and I to be on the road.

Very helpful service personnel. Kevin was great. My Outback came in today for an oil change, check engine light (amongst other dash lights), and a Driver's side rear window that would only work intermittently. The oil change was great. No complaints. But by the time I drove home, which took 20", my check engine light was back on and the rear window still wasn't working. Since it was the end of the day, I was thankful that I could get a next day appointment to "fix" my vehicle. I would have thought doing a diagnostic test for over 100.00 would have diagnosed the vehicle's issues. Upon further review of my paperwork when I got home the window issue was not addressed. Also note: If paying with a credit card an additional 3.5% is tacked onto your bill! I was informed if I payed with cash or a check no additional fee would be added. This would have been nice to know before paying for and picking up a vehicle. It was disheartening to think the car was fixed only to return within the hour.

Our initial contact, Casey, was a silver lining in our experience. He was very personable in our interactions, helpful answering questions, proactive in finding those with answers he didn’t have, and sympathetic with the difficulties we had interacting with other management. We were frustrated by pressure out on us to take out an unnecessary (small) loan when we couldn’t negotiate the vehicle we first looked at into our price range. (We were alarmed by financial counseling being given to people around us who clearly stated they couldn’t afford the financing being offered.) Luckily, we eventually found one in our price range! Even once we found a vehicle, difficulty reconciling aspects of the vehicle description (i.e. “working radio” and “working heat/fan/cooling system” to be precise) left us with a sour taste in our mouth. It would have been nice for the dealership to fix the broken radio and fan (since they were listed as working properly) instead of saying something along the lines of “you can’t expect everything in a used car to be working perfectly.” We will wait to see the results of an independent mechanic looking at it since they weren’t able to let our mechanic come see the car in the garage. (Well, they did, but when he arrived they said the garage was closed so he couldn’t use it. Even though the time they suggested he come was already after the garage had closed...). Casey deserves to be commended for his work with us. Other than that, we may hesitate to buy a used vehicle from here in the future.

I’ve posted here before. But It’s warranted again based on some false info I was sold by the staff at Russ Darrow Mitsubishi. I found out the the rewards points given to customers as part of the Platinum Reward membership are not good towards anything except new vehicle purchases. When I was sold my vehicle I was told it could be used to wards cost of services - a detail I double checked before enrolling in the membership. I found this not to be the case when getting service done at Russ Darrow this morning, and was unable to pay for it with rewards like was told to Me when I purchased my vehicle. After the sketchy sales tactics detailed in a previous review, this is but one more reason to not work with Russ Darrow when it comes to your vehicle.

This last time we had a exceptional experience working with the service rep (he is new). He seemed to go above and beyond. He got us quotes on various repairs we needed and helped with prices on what we did have done (which was a lot). We really appreciated everything that was done.

This week started off rough for me with the vehicle that I had. but by that following Thursday, I was driving away in a spanking brand new car!! The amount of care compassion and customer service that this location exudes is amazing. I was extremely nervous about the whole ordeal of getting approval for a working car.. but it all worked in my favor due to Rob, Jason, and most importantly Brandon.. thank you guys for your professionalism and the hard work you put in to get me approved they took me from a 2008 to a 2020 .. I could ask for a better dealership or team to work with.. thank you all again!

First of all, the receptionist and sales associate were extremely timely, nice, and helpful. Everything else about the experience was awful. I was there for almost an hour and a half and that was with leaving early and not getting my car cleaned like it was supposed to be. I told them ahead of time that I am home for a very short time and am on a tight schedule and was going to go bring my little sister lunch at school (whom I only get to see a couple times a year) so I would appreciate if this could not take a ridiculously long time. Boy, did they do the exact opposite of that. How can an oil change take that long? Not only that, but my tire pressure was not checked and the receipt says they performed a multi point inspection and tested the battery, but I was never given a form with the results of the test. I know for a fact my vehicle should have failed part of that inspection, but I was never notified of the problem, making me think they did not check at all. If all that wasn’t bad enough, the complimentary oil change I received as part of buying my car from them did not even cover the oil that goes in my car. Terrible, terrible service. The only reason they deserve one star instead of zero is the great sales associate. Again, this oil change was a terrible experience and I would never, ever recommend anyone ever come here if they have a choice.

Thieves tried to still my kia soul they didn't get it but did damaged the steering column this happy on 04/07/2021.no update from the company about my car i call the beginning of May left a voicemail got a returned call back was told that they were still waiting on one or two more parts said he was sorry that tiffany haven't been given me up dates. Tiffany finally call on or around 5/11/ 2021 to say that my car would be ready Friday 05/14/2021. Friday has come and gone and im still without my car.Great customer service!!!

Came in to test drive a Jeep that I fell in love with, but also wanted to see the competitor a 4Runner, they were awesome enough to find one here and let me test drive that as well, Just so I could have a clear view of what the two cars felt like, wasn’t planning on getting a new car so soon but since the service was awesome, I ended up getting my dream car!! I would never recommend buying a used car here. This business is dishonest. The salesman I worked with, Rob, said that there were no issues with the Hyundai Santa Fe I bought except that the sunroof didn't work. He said it had new brakes, and that it had been a single owner vehicle, supposedly owned by the dealership manager's father. There was some convenient reason given as to why the carfax was not available. While driving the car home, I immediately discovered that the cruise control did not work, even though it stated on the supposedly thorough inspection report that it did. Less than 2 weeks after buying the car, the check engine light came on. I brought the car back, and Russ Darrow Mitsubishi told me the car would need a new transmission. I was obviously upset, because they had supposedly thoroughly inspected the car and stated that there were no major issues. The transmission going bad is something that any competent car technician would be aware of if they inspected it. That doesn't just happen out of nowhere in a less than two week time period. They told me, you bought the car as is, this must have just started happening, we aren't going to help you, and you have to pay for this $3,000 repair yourself. After no luck dealing with the service department, I ended up talking to the sales manager, Aaron, and the best he would offer was a $500 discount on the repair. He tried to talk me into trading the car back in and buying something "more reliable" (i.e. expensive), but wouldn't offer me the amount I paid for the car in trade, he offered half that, even though I had had the car for less than 2 weeks. I asked Aaron to put the offer for a discount on the repair in writing so I could have some time to think about what to do and to save money for the repair. He said, "I'm a man of my word" and wouldn't put it in writing. I came back to have the repair done, told the service manager, Marvin, that Aaron had promised a discount on the repair, and he said he would call me within a day or 2 to schedule the repair, after he confirmed the discount with Aaron. I never heard from him. Every time I called to ask what was going on, Marvin would tell me he'd call me back at the end of the day, that he just had to confirm the discount with Aaron, but then I never heard back. I called 3 times to check in. Over a month went by. Eventually I asked to speak to Aaron directly, and he asked if I had it in writing that he offered me a discount, after he had refused to put it in writing. I decided to trade in my car to a different dealership to get a better car, instead of putting that kind of money into a repair. I told the dealership I traded the car in to about the bad experience with Russ Darrow Mitsubishi, and they showed me the carfax for the car I was trading in. It had had 7 owners. Remember Rob said it was a single owner vehicle. It also had not had new brakes put in recently as he had claimed when I bought it, there was no record of that in the service history on carfax. Additionally, when the new dealership inspected the car for trade, they said the issue was actually not the transmission, but rather a head gasket that needed to be replaced. It's funny because Rob at Russ Darrow had told me not to buy a Subaru I was interested in because he said it needed a new head gasket. I came out at a loss of almost $4,000 when it was all said and done, for a car I had for about six months. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and contacting Fox 6 New Investigates. Save yourself a lot of money and time and don't deal with this shady business.

Although my car buying experience didn't work out, Miguel was an awesome salesman. I would love to work with him in the future. On the other hand, the sales manager, Brandon, was truly awful. After running all the financing paperwork, the numbers seemed off, but I wasn't given any explanation or offered any alternatives. I have no idea how much they were offering for a trade-in, how much interest I would have been charged, and wasn't given the options to choose the length of the loan, or financial institution. My husband wasn't with me, and although it's required by law, no effort was made to inform him I was about to make a 30K purchase. We could have returned together to finance using his credit, but that wasn't even mentioned. The moment Brandon realized I wasn't going to finance the original vehicle I wanted, he became extremely rude, going as far as making snarky comments to my 16 year-old like, "So you're opinionated, like your mom", when he was pressing me to "humor" him by looking at a lesser priced vehicle I had zero interest in purchasing. "Why can't you afford it?", he loudly questioned while hoovering over my chair. There was more said that was downright humiliating and infuriating before I left, shaken. Brandon might claim his "family owns Oak Creek", but he doesn't seem to have room beside his ego to possess any decency. So long as he's employed at this location, I will not return, no matter how great of a deal Russ Darrow might offer.

I had a very pleasant experience - a totally different dealership than any one I dealt with before. They're not pushy...nice atmosphere. Miguel took great care of me. He didn't just want to sell a car he made sure I was 100% satisfied! I will definitely recommend Russ Darrow Mitsubishi!!!

They are great people who help you with getting a car. But now has turn into a lime car. I noise car been little weird after couple months. Then noise Spark plugs Is kept going on engine. Be careful so don't get a lime car.

I have been using Russ Darrow Mitsubishi for a couple years for service after purchasing my vehicle from them. Extremely helpful, professional, and timely. Explanations are honest and simple , with ability to schedule most service appointments on line that is so convenient! Staff is friendly to a fault, very customer oriented - and I trust them completely - will buy my next vehicle from R.D. and continue to turn to them for whatever maintenance and repairs are needed. So very happy with everything they have done to date!

I think my biggest complaint is the outdated restrooms and waiting area. Other than that I honestly have no complaints. Some customers would take issue to the fact they did not get timely updates but I still rated a ten for good reason. Marvin is constantly running around taking care of every customer and being the go between and I personally have no issue if that's the case. I have a problem if they are sitting not doing anything. Otherwise everyone here is amazing and the service and quality of the service is top notch and that is exactly why I will drive further to go here vs the shops that are much closer to

Only open 2 days a week for emissions testing, but when you go there on those days, they say they are closed because the guy that does testing isn't there. Emissions testing must be so hard that only one person there is capable of doing it..... Pretty frustrating to show up several times just to be given the same answer and turned away. This has been such a joke I will never bring a vehicle there for service, nor will I shop for vehicles with them.

Routine maintenance for oil change was great. They throw in a car "wash". Probably the worst car wash I've ever experienced. Hopefully it washed some salt off. 😆

I used the service department for an oil change and had the tow light connection replaced. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Upon arrival I was greeted by Marvin. Throughout my time there Marvin was the friendliest and most polite person I've ever come across in any car dealership service department. He also kept me updated repeatedly on the status of my service. Because of him I will be returning whenever I need work done even though I live 50 minutes away. Thank you.

The location was not convenient for me, but I made the trip to Waukesha, rather than the closer dealership because of their customer service: the phone was answered quickly, my call was routed efficiently, the service manager was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to get my appointment scheduled so I could get on to the rest of my day! I appreciated that! Once there, my car servicing was handled expertly, immediately, no “extra” work was needed and I was contacted as they said they would with the information to make final decisions for the work on my car. I will keep making the trip to this further location because customer service and a positive experience is important!! I’d still be on hold at the nearer location.

Horrible experience. Called regarding part and service needed. Arrived and part wasn't in and no record of part being ordered. I can deal with that. However the way Assistant service man dealt with me was bad. Appeared dismissive, annoyed and unhelpful.

Last week, I scheduled an appointment for my car to be worked on today. My husband drove me to and from work so that this could be done. I selected the option to have my car picked up and dropped off like I did last time, but Russ Darrow called 20 minutes prior to my appointment to tell me they no longer pick up from my area. My husband decided to drive my car to Russ Darrow since they wouldn’t pick up, but when he got there, they told him that the employee who could work on my car wasn’t scheduled to work today, even though I received a reminder text about my appointment yesterday. Although Russ Darrow was not rude or disrespectful, we are disappointed in their lack of communication and professionalism.

Brandon was fantastic. We called originally interested in a test drive of a 2022 Eclipse Cross. The person we spoke to on the phone said we could test out a 2019, until they had more stock of 2022 come in. We were like, eh ok. Fine. We got to the dealership. Brandon greeted us warmly. And brought his own vehicle, a 2022 Eclipse Cross, for us to test drive. That level of service already started to make me feel comfortable with this whole process. The rest is history. We loved the car. Even though they were short in inventory, Brandon still found us the color we wanted. We were able to trade in 2 higher priced vehicles for this one, lowering our monthly payment. Brandon went above and beyond. Rigo took us through the application process, which was very smooth. And showed us around the features of the car when it came in a few days later. All were very professional and so nice. Best car buying experience we have had to date. Thank you all so much

I will never ever buy a car from them again. We bought a used car from them in November and Rob had said it was in great running condition and it had been checked and gave us this speel that it would be safe for our sons. We drove it 1500 miles the turbo went out and the gasket exhaust, converter, and now the spark plugs. I had to pay out of pocket. This should have all been noticed. This costs me over 6500.00 and they were not willing to even help me since I hadn't even made a 1st payment. It's been in the shop more then in our drive way. Don't evr ever ever buy a used car from them. They checked nothing.

Our car gave us a transmission warning light. I asked the Russ Darrow service department if they could fix it. They assured me they could. I had the car towed there. The first call I got was from a Darrow salesman wanting to sell me a new car. That should have tipped me off. Then I got a $150 quote to assess the car and offer a solution. I agreed, BIg mistake. Two days later I get a call, the transmission is bad (I knew that). And they cannot fix it (then why did you tell me that you could). Further they had no advice on how to get it fixed. I now believe that the car salesman who called me on the first day knew it could not be fixed. So I am out the diagnostic fee and the cost of towing and I am smarter, my car is still broke with no solution in sight but I know to never count on this dealer for anything helpful. I have no faith in this operation.

I let them know I was waiting there for my service, and was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half wait. Not a problem, I scheduled my day around it beforehand. Pleasantly surprised when my car was ready within 45 minutes! They made sure I understood the services I would be getting and they took care of me and my car in a friendly yet professional manner. Still waiting for my written recommendations for follow up service. Don did go over all the items on the phone, but my Invoice did not have all of them listed. I followed up with an email to Don requesting the list...... no response. I called and left a message and got a returned voicemail saying we can talk about the items. Terrible customer service. I was ready to purchase a vehicle but they refused to work with me based on which lender I was using. Offered higher trade-in value if I chose a different lender. I have never had ONE issue with my lender, I have been banking with them for 20 years. Absolutely awful service.

Untrustworthy. Short story: I will not be coming back and I will be driving however longer extra it takes to go to another Mitsubishi dealership to get my car serviced for now on. Long Story: I used to take my car to this dealership whenever it needed service. My old lancer, now my current car... I've been a long-time customer. My uneasiness started when I took my car in to get serviced a few times and something always seemed to go wrong the next month or so afterwards. Well anyway, I needed to get in to see what was wrong with my car this time and get the code read. They were able to squeeze me in on the same day I called which was nice and accommodating. After paying over $100 for a diagnostic and waiting hour and half the issue is exactly what I thought it was. A pump in the car failed, but Mitsubishi extended this failing part under the 100k mile corrosion warranty. Russ Darrow Service comes back to tell me this part is not under warranty and I need to pay over $2,000 to get this fixed. I asked them to go and re-check under the corrosion warranty, they came back and still said the same thing. I left and the next day I called corporate and they agreed with me saying this part is under warranty. I called the next closest Mitsubishi dealership, Porcaro (they are awesome over there by the way!) and they no questions asked got me in basically immediately that same week fixed it in the morning (all under warranty!). They did a fantastic job, unlike Russ Darrow, who have completely lost my trust. Like I said earlier, I won't be coming to Russ Darrow Mitsubishi anymore and I suggest you drive the extra bit it takes to go somewhere else, because this stealership really only seems to care about your money.

Horrible they damaged my car on two separate occasions and said they would try to fix it but when I picked it up they blamed me for the damage! Their car wash scratched up my car down to the metal and also my windows as well!!!! Had to wait three days to see a new car they got that was listed on their website. Scheduled a "VIP" test drive. I was supposed to be the first person called and I had a scheduled drive. Had my family drive up from Illinois for support and car buying experience. All for nothing. They sold the car I was scheduled to see a few minutes prior to my appointment. I got there and was blamed by the salesman that it was my fault because I didn't answer my phone while DRIVING to my appointment. Absolutely unprofessional, disrespectful and embarrassing. Don't do business with this sad little dealership.

Russ Darrow was a great company to work with! Jesse was an amazing salesman who took the time to answer all of our questions and explain everything thoroughly! I originally went to there website to see what they had to offer in the way of vehicles. After searching I saw a truck and was interested. Filled out an information request. Was going to go in to look at it but decided not to due to my financial situation. I got a call and explained to the lady that I was going to wait. She said to call back when I am ready. Well two days later a gentleman calls and convinced me to fill out a credit app and see what I could do in the ways of buys a vehicle. He stated that he would work hard to see what they could do for me and call me as soon as he knew something. I waited two days for a phone call that never came. I called a few times and was told he would call back. After the 4th time he finally got on the phone and said that he tried...... meaning past tense...... and would need more money down. He should have called me asap to let me know whats up. Not the other way around. And aaron if you are reading this, when you say your going to call someone...... call them.

Back again for another vehicle, this time it was the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross! Even Paul Walker would be impressed with THIS Mitsubishi, as it has all the frills, power, and look that rivaled his back in the Fast & Furious movies! All I need now is a few NOS stickers, and I'll be good to go! Seriously though, this dealership has always been top notch, from their sales team, to the Maintenance department, and the maintenance department is even BETTER now that Bob Sterling left!! They sold me a used car $11,000 that exploded before my first oil change I drove it less than 3000 miles. The repairs on the car are over $9,000. Bad cylinder rods, motor, & turbos had to be replaced. Mechanic states the car was severely abused and in terrible condition. The car is in such bad condition even my extended warranty (another $3000) won't cover it because "it's apparent the car was run dry on oil multiple times." "We don't cover pre-existing conditions" So now I'm $23,000 in the hole and walking to work. *update* I called them they said "Oh that's too bad car is sold as is there's nothing we can do for you."
