I cannot say enough good things about working with Kevin Kennedy and his team at RPM Mortgage! We first met Kevin when we purchased our first home in 2015 and he made the process easy, comfortable, and efficient. We later did a refinance with his team in 2020 and then purchased another home this year. We chose to stick with Kevin because he works quickly and gets the job done (and done well!). We did not think we would be able to buy a home since the whole process seemed so daunting. From start to finish the whole team was very easy to contact. They were very communicative. They gave us a recommendation for a Realtor (Brittany Marino) as well since we requested one , and she was amazing (highly recommend anyone looking for a realtor to ask for her). Kevin always made sure we understood what was happening every step of the way, and was very easy to reach. Their strongest strength I believe is their insane ability to stay in constant contact. So if you are thinking about looking into buying a home, def. contact RPM Mortgage, because Kevin Kennedy and his whole team were fantastic.

Kevin and his team were awesome to work with! We made a few offers within a short period and when our final offer was accepted, we agreed to close in 17 days. I had my doubts as to whether it would happen but Kevin and his team (particularly Justine!) were amazing and walked us through every detail. It simply would not have happened if they weren't so organized and engaged. Was just an excellent level of communication and their online system for document submittal was user friendly and easy. Buying a house is always stressful but these guys did everything they could to help get us through it as quick and painless as possible! Highly recommended!
