I don't think they have the best rate or the best price but they definitely offer the best experience. Quick to respond and the process went through without any hiccups. Our heroes! Before we bought a house, we made sure that we were pre-approved and fully unwritten (through a different brokerage). Despite this, about a week before we were supposed to close escrow, we were told that the loan had fallen through.
