I had an amazing experience with Royal United Mortgage! My Loan Advisor, Marice Raines, was with me every step of the way making sure that I was informed about the process and had everything I needed. I processed a refinance of my home in the Tampa Florida area and the process was as smooth as could be. We received an impressive interest rate and our closing happened very quickly. This was the most stress-free loan process I have experienced!!! 5 Stars to Marice and his amazing team!

2nd time using Royal Mortgage to refinance! Royal Mortgage Rocks! Their team is on it. My loan advisor was Jessica Brennan. Super knowledgeable and efficient. Jessica explain the process step-by-step as we went which, made me feel very comfortable. She worked around my schedule and always answered and was easy to reach. My loan process was via text and emails. This is the fastest and most efficient way. Started the process February 14 closing March 2! Happy Camper. Thanks Jessica! It was a great process and easy to do, Our loan officer Marice was great at describing everything and help us with the process with everything we needed and to get everything set up. Everyone that work with him did great at responding quickly and getting everything process as fast as they could. Highly recommend them if you're refinancing or buying a new home they did a wonderful job.

From overcoming my objections and educating me on the ends and outs of each proposal, he put me at ease and helped me to decide on what I actually needed. I left my name on a refinance site and I was contacted by Michael Christopher, loan officer. I was skeptical, given the nature of online scammers, but Mr. Christopher provided me with adequate documentation as to the validity of his call, in addition to being available to call back. We set up a time to speak, he reviewed my situation with his manager, Jessica Brennan, and it was determined that refinancing would not be in my best advantage, They suggested extra payments on the principal which would lower the term of the loan. That is extremely unusual , and shows a level of professionalism and integrity that impressed me. Ms. Brennan sent me a credit report and also a mortgage calculator. I was so pleased with the service I received that I forwarded their contact information to a family member who was looking to refinance. Great team. Job well done.

Tim Mestrich was great!!! He was respectful of my time and really wanted to understand my needs. He provided a few options that I didn't even think of that put me in a financial situation that would meet my needs and I wouldn't have to do another refinance down the road. I am giving all my friends and family Tim's number!!!

Josh Phillips was my loan officer at Royal United. The guy is super professional but low key, he talked me through my loan options rather than just emailing me numbers like Rocket. I got a good interest rate just in time and I paid off virtually all my debts. Both he and Jason Keasey were in regular phone and email contact which made me 200% more comfortable, I know I could even call them now post-closing and they'd address my questions. He's a very solid guy to work. I'm only sorry I didn't write this review a month ago as I am all for rewarding such professionalism.

We recently remortgaged our home to take advantage of the low rates and Alison Levar was our loan advisor, who was our dedicated point of contact as we went through the process. She was absolutely fantastic; she walked us thru the whole process and she was available for any questions, even outside of normal office hours. Her attention to detail made everything seem effortless. We were able to complete the process within a couple of weeks and we would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who is thinking about a mortgage.

These guys legit harrass you when you don't want to work with them! Very aggressive! I'm sure it's fine and friendly as long as you go with them but the fact that they aren't any of that when you don't work with them shows that they are very VERY bad people. I will NEVER go anywhere near this place ever and will make sure anyone I know doesn't as well. My friend just closed on a $279,000 house 2 days ago and had these clowns considered for his mortgage but I was able to warn him and showed him the phone calls and saved him a huge headache. Same with my sister that is currently looking you clowns will not be speaking with her either. And I will continue to do this for everyone and anyone I hear buying or refinancing a house to stay away from you people!

Worked with Rob Jakubowski, and he was fantastic. He gave us all of the information right up front and answered all our questions without hesitation. Royal United Mortgage was very fast once we decided to move forward. Rob was very knowledgeable and knew how to move our loan forward quickly, and Royal United did not disappoint. We closed within 2 weeks and were completely done. Even after signing the papers, Rob still reached out to us to make sure we were satisfied and kept us up to date on any further details. One call I received was from Royal United Mortgage, I spoke with Valerie DeWolf. She was so kind and not pushy like the other people I had been speaking to. My wife and I worked with Josh Phillips on refinancing our existing mortgage. From the first phone contact Josh was attentive and knowledgeable and he clearly had our interests in mind. He asked what we wanted to achieve and he guided us with his questions to meet our goals. He put together three options for us. To be frank he gave us options we hadn't even considered. Being the professional Josh is he explained each option thoroughly including the pros, cons and how to better use the equity in our house. Josh guided us through the entirety and he was only a phone call away. The appraisal was hard to schedule because of the demand new and refinance mortgages. My experience with Royal United was excellent. I refinanced my home recently, and Duncan McCorquodale, the loan advisor on my account, was immensely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. He was always accessible by phone, email, or text to explain the next step of the process or help me with computer issues. He troubleshooted insurance and underwriter issues that came up, and in the end, I closed on a great loan at a low interest rate in a short amount of time. Throughout, Duncan kept my end goal in sight, offered several loan options, and structured a loan that will help me repair my house and retire with more financial security. I was able to get my house refinanced almost completely through emails and texts! I am happy I was able to find this company and be able to use available technology to complete this as opposed to having to make many phone calls, this is a very important feature to me having a busy home and work life! I contacted lending tree to refinance a rental property in a different state and Royal United called me right away. The process was so smooth that I wound up refinancing my primary residence as well. The customer service is top notch and both Nick and Duncan were great to talk to and incredibly easy to work with.
