We did a refinance to take advantage of the lower rates. Everything went very smooth. The communication was great. We were informed of the progress each step of the way. All we had to do is send the initial documents and next thing you know we were signing the closing papers. We needed a really quick closing, and Tony was able to get everything done in time. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us along the way, and he was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The whole process was very smooth and quick, and we even locked in with a great rate.
